I promised myself to find a fault for an important event that I will describe later, in the end I succeeded, they are so accurate, capable, sensitive, organized, kind, professional, etc ... that they do not leave the customer the sacrosanct right to complain , so in an important event not being able to complain must be part of the package otherwise the experience is not complete: D
Obviously it's a joke, but not that much, they were really able to organize and manage everything in detail leaving us speechless.
Rewinding the tape, we celebrated my son's 18th here, we first saw other famous locations, but when we arrived here we were literally fascinated by an extremely fascinating place in its simplicity, the first contact with Serena (the Director) was immediate love (for the avoidance of doubt my wife was with me) a person of a unique and rare kindness, attentive to any need, willing to take care of it, in the sole interest of making an event perfect in every facet.
Together with the Chef, Alessandro Lanza, they were able to put together a perfect event from all points of view, preparation of the perfect location, exactly as it was requested, perfect service and above all fully coordinated with the animation, both of these components do not they never overlap creating a continuity that has completely captivated the guests for all the time they have been in this fantastic place.
Kitchen chapter ... Alessandro Lanza is a person with great humility and availability, but above all a great talent in the kitchen, a person who manages, with simple dishes and top quality materials, to make you savor the wonders that our territory offers, managing in this way to bring together different generations of big eaters.
Animation chapter ... recommended to us directly by Serena, Angelo and Lorenzo, who allowed us to spend this fantastic evening are guys able to drag any type of guests with music and games, they made even the grandparents a lot of fun and this is not to be all.
I leave a small anecdote for the last, which would go unnoticed by most, but which summarizes how the guest and his needs are put at the center of this location.
At the end of the evening, but at the very end, so everyone was very tired, I was talking to Serena (this allowed me to live this moment) while the boys had decided to celebrate by throwing one of them into the pool, anyone would have intervened to avoid this, well the only concern of the Director was to find a towel to dry the improvised bather and not let him cool.
At the end of this long review, let me tell you, the place is as beautiful as you want it to be, but the soul that the people who work there put in goes way beyond the assignable score.
I highly recommend you to go there, even just for one day, you will not regret it.

I celebrated my birthday here and had a great time. The structure is beautiful and the furnishings with attention to the smallest details. Both the rooms and the rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff more than helpful, ready to fulfill my every request. The dishes proposed by the chef are very innovative but satisfy everyone's tastes, both young and old.

Enchanting place in a landscape surrounded by nature we celebrated 18 years with a perfect organization directed by Serena and the cuisine of chef Alessandro made of healthy and genuine foods

Really happy to write a positive review because I came from a negative experience linked to the couple who previously managed the structure in 2017-18 and who deserved little more than a star !!!
But let's get to us now.
The location is enchanting in Giffoni between the Picentini mountains - but this has not changed, it was even before - however the external room has changed which has turned into a beautiful glazed gazebo, aesthetically elegant in line with the beauty of the rest of the structure but at the same time structurally very functional from all points of view; the staff have changed, who manages it and consequently the chef - VERY GOOD - and I must say today on all fronts they deserve 5 full stars. And then icing on the cake .... a DJ and a perfect animation ... really well done, a leap forward

A nightmare communion! Room with non-functioning air conditioners, they had secured real flowers for me and there were no tables on the tables for those who had drinks and those not at a table there was not even the bread that arrived after the cured meats (few and of charcuterie; more cheeses miserable again) than anything else were to come together with the other starters and arrived after more than twenty minutes .Guests from the heat came the waiters do not know if you can call them so they were apathetic and absent the first unseasoned and tasteless as the appetizer that had to be seasonal vegetables around half raw and unseasoned after the first the second calf roasted with crispy potatoes was full of raw blood and two slices of soft potatoes close that they all sent back .After a fight with the manager Serena maid and cook Alessandro redid me seconds but mostly pork plate and some veal steak I wanted to ask my guest .The cake was to be a bakery but the packaging and ra to another, over wax wrote cream and strawberries, but the cake was done clumsily in my opinion from them with bad cherries is full of alcohol, and for a communion with children not the 'year even could taste assorted .pasticcini paghati apart , hurt by what was left in the kitchen and bad of pelleted and caramelized flavor without containers that we wanted to take with guests waiting and only a few pink confetti then all white, and masmello as .there candy apologized but now the communion has been ruined and it happens only once and you don't forget then consider yourself if it is the case to risk and do not let yourself be charmed by the lochescion because you don't need it without a minimum of service (never pay everything before)

I did not know Casale San Pietro. I didn't know anyone who had been there. I didn't know the kitchen, the cook, the rooms ... nothing!
Yet from the first meeting, which happened by chance, the kindness, availability and competence of the guys who manage it, did not make me doubt even for a moment the success of my daughter's baptism.
And so it was.
The baptism was scrupulously organized and prepared, from refreshments to desserts, through to the preparation of the rooms, by Serena and her Staff, who followed all our requests and advised us, with honesty, COMPETENCE and patience, the best choices in case of doubts.
The dishes were then prepared in a masterly way, with local ingredients, fresh and very tasty, by the chef Alessandro, as young as he is good. Each bite is a pleasure for the palate.
In short, a wonderful location, in the heart of the Picentines, with a breathtaking view, a qualified staff and a cuisine rich in flavors, make "Il Casale San Pietro" a location for special events that will leave you with fantastic memories.

I chose this structure to celebrate the baptism of my little one, a beautiful place, nice, especially a relaxing place immersed in the green of the Picentini Mountains ... a wonderful party thanks to the staff of the hall, kind, attentive to the smallest details especially the director SERENA a caring, friendly and helpful girl from preparations to greetings. The young chef ALESSANDRO helped make the top the evening with his kitchen staff made everything perfect, delicate dishes the excellent food of high quality .... EVERYTHING ENTIRELY THANKS TO EVERYONE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

I returned to this restaurant with my family for lunch on August 15th, I had a very pleasant memory of it: a disappointing experience starting from the service, the staff was clearly improvised and in confusion, I am not going to repeat the numerous waiters' gaffes! Low quality food (stale bread and ham), cold dishes, biblical times to feed everyone! I wonder what happens with events, thank goodness I didn't choose it for my daughter's communion! The same organizer turned out to be unreliable, since I had a pleasant memory of the owner, I wondered even if the management of the room was different from that of the events in the gazebo! To conclude, I ask for the bill, the waitress returns with the item by word, mostly specifying that it is not possible to pay with the pos!

I was there on April 2nd 2018 ... A special place. I advise.

Location beautiful and well kept, I have not found particular care for services, for example: bathrooms without toilet paper, or wipes.
Not so good the pastry, I ate a dull cake.

Back home today after a beach holiday with a wonderful ending spent in this hotel. We stayed one night in the Pink Room with 2 children. What can I say, a great place to relax and eat well. Young and kind staff, our every request is was accepted. I highly recommend!
