It's simple, don't go. No serious. Being bilingual English-speaking, I send a CV in English for a UX designer position (User experience, the term is English of course.). I am asked to return a CV in French, which agency in 2020 cannot read a CV in English even in France? Especially for a UX designer position whose name itself is in English, in short ... It's just a lack of seriousness. They answer me: "We found a lot of spelling mistakes in the CV. It is a very penalizing point because you do not demonstrate the dimension of rigor which is a strong expectation for the position and it seems that you have a strong appetite for UI and less experience for UX. " Big nonsense, in addition to not knowing how to read a CV, they allow themselves to say nonsense, my entire career has been established in UX and not UI and for this for large account.
