The nicest department store. Good service and clean toilets. This is the best maintained department store

Love it! Hugh place with lot of choice for home and garden! Prices that are competitive! Not only that you can buy furniture, you can eat and drink here as well! And all that for fraction of price you usually pay else where.

Variety of materials. suitable prices . Customer service is good.

The worst experience we have had lately. We had bought Ikea kitchen and had it fitted by Montera. There have been problems with dishwashers that were fixed without a connection, incorrectly installed cabinet doors, light set cabinets without cable, cabinet doors that do not close and loose unused parts that we cannot figure out where they fit.
Nobody takes responsibility for mistakes that were made and in the end we get people from Bosch and others to fix everything at their own expense.
Too bad experience at Ikea customer service who does not understand and was forwarded to Ikea Sweden several times just closing the case without saying and therefore I do not recommend Ikea kitchen or Montera to anything to a large extent. Steer away from the people

A true horror for anyone identifying as a cis-gendered male. Avoid at all costs!

The main car park outside was closed due to. cleaning, therefore we were referred to a parking lot behind the building. There was no way to get into the department store from that parking lot, so we had to walk / roll on winding walkways back to the main entrance. and just the same with heavy shopping carts and wheelchairs. Incredibly bad by IKEA for not being able to offer alternative handicap parking nearer the main entrance!

Very nice that IKEA offers this service for those of us without a car. The bus came was on route, the bus driver also drove in a comfortable way for those who could not get a seat without arriving too late. The only thing that slowed down the experience was that the stop in the city center did not confirm that the IKEA bus stopped there (would recommend getting a sign or the like).

Was promised home delivery today, by 8pm, but no goods. Water shut off ready to put the sink in place, but no item is right for simply poor customer care. Paying 2000 to get it home

I like this store but you have to know and distinguish what is good quality and what is not the best.

Typical medium to large Ikea furniture store. Friendly staff. The Cafe is a plus.

The cafe is tragic. A lot of people are expected to queue, but the handling of the hot food queue could improve efficiency much better.

Crowded parking on a Monday morning? The shop is a furniture maze where men with healthy instincts must control flight impulses, an exhibition where arrows on the floor should lead the way but just as much point in one way as another, the arrows come and go and when you finally think you have escaped it is on ' n again on the floor below, for men ikea is so traumatizing that trips should be limited to what is absolutely necessary

Large IKEA that doesn't feel cluttered or confused. Neat and nice layout. An incredible amount of furniture to choose from. Highly recommend the kitchen department - talk to Kelly and you'll get super good help.

Usual IKEA furniture and accessories, loved the plants, flowers and food. Just wish they had more organic varieties in this modern age of recycling natural works too.

The store is great, restaurant and cafeteria are never correctly staffed. Either you wait for too long to get food, or you wait too long to pay for food, so that when you finally get there it's cold and nasty.

Pretty easy to find in there. Great with coffee shop, it is needed after a long day ok pizza.

There is almost everything we need for the house. In addition, free bus from Oslo to IKEA. Good food in the canteen kind person. Recommended

The restaurant is quite strip. Do not go hungry to IKEA.

IKEA is the place you only have to go to when you need a renovation in your home.
Here you can wander around from one room to another as you will be decorating to pick everything you need at ridiculously low prices.
Should you get hungry, just take a break in the cafe and eat crammed for under a hundred bucks, then just continue until you are done, then you have a lot of good for the whole house for an insanely cheap money.

Good selection, always lots of people, but variable quality of goods. The toilets should have been cleaned and washed MUCH more often when there are so many people coming in !!

Incredibly slow delivery of goods, despite the fact that it had just opened, and almost no one in line (a few). Twice as long delivery time as the time estimate indicates, and that is not good.
Good infection control measures, and plenty of reminders over the speakers every 10 min.

21 / 3-18: Some offers are not picked up at checkout. Cup glass costs 7, - / pc but if you buy 6 it costs 29, -. Bought 16 and paid full price for each one. Small money, but such quantum discounts should the boxes take automatically.

IKEA - What you see is what you get. Neat shop space with helpful staff around every_hook.

It is Ikea. Nice place for a business lunch, good free parking. Try the meatballs!

It is IKEA. You know what you get. Perceived as less crowded by customers is another option. Get plus for ok coffee shop.

Ikea experience is unique. You can visit for buying stuff, eating or even nothing.. and still can enjoy the atmosphere.

Love it here! It's neatly organized, spacious, great customer service and the restaurant offers delicious dishes!
