what can I say, it's IKEA! open all days of the week. Sunday's are very busy, too busy for me.

With the renovation, little of the current range can be seen. Half the store is empty. The departments have been completely relocated and more rooms are being set up.
If you are already busy with impulses, then it is better not to go.

The rooms had little added value. And some explanation with the speakers is also handy.

Little staff, but the staff that is there is extremely friendly and helpful.

My house is 75% Ikea, cheap and reasonable quality.

This morning we went to Ikea in Groningen, but we were refused at the door by a security guard from G4S.
We were not allowed in because we were 2 adults with a child (1 year).
I should leave my wife and child in the car!
Very unfriendly and not necessary according to the guidelines of the RIVM because children up to 12 years old are not taken into account.

I find Ikea nothing at all, exit very hard to find. Then you have to ask where the collection warehouse is, you will be redirected throughout the store. A big drama, I wonder if the fire department has ever held an exercise with the public there? ? Staff explanation, could be better.

More than half of the store was closed. No advance notice that this was the case. Fortunately we did not come from far, but I can imagine that there have been people who have had to travel considerably further and have experienced a disillusion.

Nice shop, but the walking route through the shop is very long. And most visitors walk slowly, don't hurry.

Due to corona measures total chaos on the floor. From the entrance to the parking lot a shopping experience that is no shadow of how IKEA intended it. Simple solution: have it ready or delivered at home.

Good store and nice price, I always find the restaurant a bit less.

My son always has a great time in Smalland, while we drink coffee in the restaurant.

It is really a beautiful store, I really enjoyed all the nice furniture etcetera. The food in the restaurant was also very tasty. Come definitely one more time.

Somewhat full on Sunday but otherwise good as always.

Went today to buy the nursery set. Security was super aggressive towards us (2 people). We neatly wore a face mask but had a newborn baby with us. I am heavily pregnant so I should not lift too heavy. There was a sweet intern who understood very well and wanted to help us but unfortunately did not have the authority. This experience has given us a very bad taste and we will not come here again for the time being.

Better to visit on a weekday. Very busy during the weekend and everyone gets in the way.

If you want to forget something or go to the toilet, it's like a maze

A very large and spacious IKEA. If you're looking for something, there are special collections where you can find just about everything (but this probably applies to several IKEA's)

Here I get my furniture as standard. The cheap and tasty food also makes it extra attractive. Service and help is fine, but can be a bit faster. All in all a good company and I remain a regular customer!

Good store only too busy at the checkout while cash registers could still open

Just that one box is out of stock again ... It is only 60 km away ....

You can easily spend a few hours here. Something for everyone.
