This is the store to solve any problem at home fast and sometimes by unexpected solutions that can be observed and even tested in the giant showroom. If you buy nothing anyway you can get bright ideas and it's a good idea to pay a visit and...get hooked

If I could, I would rate them in negative 5 stars for their transport service. Especially for their personal hygiene, misuse of masks and maintaining physical distancing in these days of extreme risk for virus transmission. Worst experience possible with an uncollaborating staff.

Refused entry with my folding bicycle, even though it fit comfortably on an IKEA trolley. No reason other than that it's technically a bike. It's not safe to lock this bike outside so I had to return with no furniture (hour-long bike ride one way). Security knew that the rule didn't make sense but said there wasn't anything they could do. I'll be buying my furniture elsewhere.

Since store is closed we used the online service. I have used online services for long time, but this is the first time where the customer service is so bad. My order arrived damaged/broken from the transport and after two contacts( by email, because the telephone call center simply doesn't reply after long time on line), and I still haven't got a reply or solution. Worst online service ever, not going to use it again.

Tried 6-7 times to get help through the chat mail and call.
Chat got disconnected every time, even tried with different pc and network, ikea still disconnected. Tried to call at least 6 times and selected the call back, no one called back.
I sent 4 mails, no replys.
This was the 27 of march.

If I could, I d give zero to both their transport service and the store itself. Scheduled a deliver which was pretty much an awful experience. The two guys complained the entire time, did not want to work. One was not even using mask. The delivery was pretty much about the entire apartment, including furniture, accessories and a fridge. The team sent just did not do kitchens, and they also refused to put up the curtains claiming they did not have a stairs. Of course they were not willing to help, and basically only called their employer because they were afraid about denying me the service for which I paid for - and the company just didn t even try to solve the situation ikea leaves no direct contact, so if something happens, you need to wait in line like everybody else who needs to call them. This week I have been twice 1 hour waiting, with no response., which is pretty absurdo. They also asked some very personal questions about my life, including the price for what I purchased the apartment. They left huge boxes in the middle of the street and helped with ZERO boxes, which I had to carry myself. Summary is: the fridge has been sitting in the middle of the kitchen since then, ikea has promised to contact me and that it would be solved first business day - it has been 5 days already. An item was also broke and one missing. I could not move in yet exclusively thanks to ikea s terrible service - guess after they cash you in, they just don t care anymore.
