Usually good service but we had major delivery issues

Good food at reasonable prices. Very long walk through the department store to div divisions.

VERY big and super cozy for a family trip. But they really do not talk to each other on all floors. I had to fuck around many times to different counters to find out if I could get the same day delivery. Which I could well, having been right at the brink of crying about having to sleep on my hardwood floor that night.

As much peace as you can get in a department store.
Fabulous cafe and restaurant. Love softice with refill.

Nice to be in an IKEA outside the Netherlands, although there isn't much difference, but nice parking space / garage and a fantastic view from the restaurant, we don't have that view in the Netherlands.

Many good and exciting things, but there are often a lot of people and a lot of noise. Here you have the opportunity to get everything you need at a fair price if you can find yourself in the crowd.

Super nice with click'n'collect, but DKK 49 in fee is damn tight. So rather put a limit on how many times per. month / week you can shop if that is why.

Terrible .... half the population of Aarhus was in Ikea today

Not a very good site,kept skipping certain inputs and going back so you couldn't proceed with the purchasing.
Maybe it was a little glip in the system.

They had all the items I needed and they were greeted by bright smiling IKEA staff. I had brought a complaint and it was also handled with a smile. There was virtually no waiting time even though there were really many people in the store.

Everything for the home. And at reasonable prices. A bit impractical that one has to wander through the whole department store to get to the checkouts.
The cafeteria (it is called Restaurant) has good selection also at nice prices. Especially if you have an Ikea Family Card (free membership can be created on site).
Lots of parking space both outside and inside the P house.

Large store with excellent selection within many things.

The best vegan sausages can be bought in their grocery store in front of the cash registers. Both on frost and in veggie dogs. Pure vap

Has been hosted in Ikea. Help! Chose to make use of Ikea's recycling service so others can enjoy my old furniture. They do not know how to order and put on the order slip. Will be thrown back and forth between the box, customer service and an order worker ... They realized that they were checking out when I got down with another order slip with errors and I chose to give me the recycling service for free. They did that by erasing the service from the order slip and then the whole circus started again. The employee said, "I have been working for four years now, and I have never put a recycling service before." Nice to be the first to think of others, to be annoyed by the lack of ability and knowledge among the employees. Practice! #ikea #fail

What should i write ? I mean... its IKEA.. every single ikea is the same

We love to come in Ikea. We live close by and enjoy a walk through the shop or come to eat in the restaurant

Lots of items on the shelves in the basement and as always nice exhibitions, the place is reasonably clear so you can find what you want

The furniture house itself is as it is, but their "restaurant" is not worth the money.
I have eaten here twice and now is the last time.
A completely genderless version of a rubbery mince, peas that have been in the water for so long they have lost color, soft french fries due to pea water and molded bernaise that taste sour with vinegar.
It is really disrespectful treatment of raw materials.

Great place for furniture and home goods. This a really big store with free parking in abundance and free trailer rentals

There are many selections but they do not have any large bowls, therefore not the 5th star.

Good visit. Quickly found what we were after and had a nice lunch - just a shame they don't have rye bread in the cafeteria.

It was fine have a lot of nice things for reasonable money

We were there only to eat. They lacked good enough to get cleared of the tables. We had to do it ourselves to be able to get a table. Not so good.

Great place to buy furniture. There is a wide, and good, selection of furniture. However, there is just one problem: it can often be difficult to find a parking space.

Have bought 2 cupboards. There is a plastic wheel missing for 5 kr. Can only get it against the presentation of nests, which are packed in moving boxes. Whether you can buy a plastic wheel. No ....... Don't bother ikea, next time it will be Jutland. Same quality, just better service.

It was very interesting. But an expensive Entrecot for two people was worse than sole leather inedible. Vexed.

Large and delicious department store, with an incredible number of things for housing, also the possibility of dining, the food is good, things are cheap.

Long queue outside. Only French skin, no sausage with bread due to corona, foolish decision.
