I visited for Logix show 2018, The building was clean & good. Niryat Bhawan is officially now as "Federation of Indian Export Organisations -- FIEO".
Staff are also very good. The working culture does't looks like Government but its looks like Private Company.
FIEO provides certification which helps in Exporting business. FIEO also organize National & International Exhibition for Indian Business.

Nothing outside.. no bus stop. No tea stalls. No water. No food.

The place is nice, co-operating staff, free parking BUT they Don't have a cantene and there are NO resturants nearby. If you are visiting do not forget you lunch box.
