IFER (Fertility Clinic) Review

Terrible attention. You can wait 2 and a half hours without anyone telling you anything. The doctor, in the office, chatting with colleagues, and you wasting your time. The lack of respect is enormous. I do not recommend it at all.

I called to try a new place, and while they put me on hold I started reading the comments ... I came out scared ...

It is unfortunate that they have such a bad vibe to attend you, not a little respect for the patients or let's talk about patience, we all come to be treated, not mistreated. I adore my obstetrician, I do not change it for anything, but the institute is a disaster. I do not recommend it.

In December 2019 I had an embryo transfer that I am not successful ... but I want to establish my TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the Ifer center.
They are a DISASTER, highly lucrative, they have mismanagement of communication between secretaries, doctors and administration ... the place is not clean, they summon you at 9 am to attend you at 2 pm which seems to me to be a total lack of respect. Zero empathy, zero touch .. if you are x start treatment I DO NOT RECOMMEND IFER. They add unnecessary studies that charge you separately, they want to charge you everything they can, even cryopreservation ... they are a disaster!
Thank God the prepaid gave me the pass to another center and I wait for my bb for January 2021.

I recommend it, and especially to doctors Laura Sicaro and Dr. Kenny. I had surgery this week and they were absolutely special to me. I am happy to have chosen them. Great professionals and great human beings.

I went to consult for an IUD, when I went to put it he showed it to me but he put another one. I had a cyst and I ended up hospitalized. When they took it out, the doctors didn't even understand what Dr. Buzzi had put on my body.
Be very careful with the malpractice mess they handle in this place. I got it cheap and did not initiate legal action, but it is the least they deserve because of how bad I had it.

I am writing on behalf of my girlfriend, who has to maintain her anonymity because due to the prepayment she has, she has to be treated in that horrible place. The waiting room has no ventilation and has an air conditioner on in a totally stale environment. Each doctor has his secretary and they do not communicate with each other. In addition, they serve quite poorly. They never ever respect shifts, there are people who carry their computers with chargers to be able to work from the waiting room. In addition, they do not send reports or results by email, they make you go yes or yes in person to that club. A disaster.

The worst experience I have had in Fertilization Institutes. Poor attention from doctors and receptionists. The place stayed in time and the hygiene is not the best. Dr. Young son was treating me and suddenly a very ill-mannered doctor began to attend me (I don't even remember the name), they don't explain anything to you and when you ask questions they get upset. Don't go to this place!

I took an appointment a month in advance and I have been waiting for more than two hours. An hour ago I am "next" but they do not call me. I'll be late for work because of your poor organization. It seems to me a lack of respect for all patients. Appalling.

I do not recommend it. Yesterday we went with my partner to consult about fertility. They made me wait outside the institute for TWO hours until the doctor authorized me to enter the consultation, (for COVID, which I understand but TWO hours of waiting seems to me a lack of respect). My partner's prepaid covered the consultation but with the excuse that he prescribed studies for me, they charged us for the consultation as a private 3500 Arg pesos. The place has a strange energy. Look for another option!
