I have worked with ID Group since the early 2000's, and continue to work with them today. For me, their point of difference is that they don't just design - they also have the machinery in-house to build the products they create. This means that they consider the ease of manufacture when they design something. You'd think that is standard, but trust me - it's not!! In addition, their team is made up of people with different skill sets and perspectives. This means that any project, whether it's industrial or graphic design, gets input from a variety of sources. This always results in a better end result.
If you're looking for a design group that truly understands real-world design, you won't do much better than ID Group.
