Refused entry into the centre this morning for not wearing a mask. I understand that shops can refuse entry to the unmasked but refusing entry to public areas within a shopping centre is unecessary and foolish. I shall not return.

Lovely place & brilliant service. I came here with my daughter yesterday (1st) & the waitress couldn t have been more helpful. Portions were large & the price very good with tasty food. Thank you!

Its ok here. Expensive to park in the day but at least your car is safe.
There are plenty of shops (it is after all a shopping centre) the only problem I find is I cant walk around without walking into a bottleneck of people. We all know what its like trying to get past swarms of people walking slower than you. Other than that its not a bad place and easy access to the city centre.
P.s. Cinema de Lux is mint. Cheap parking at night so you can watch films as late as you like. Winner winner chicken dinner.

Beautiful, modern and clean shopping area. Loads of shops, for all tastes and prices, whether it's clothes to candles. There are lots more shops Upstairs and the top floor, you can go to one of the Cinema rooms, where there are restaurant and snack areas. There is the food court, where you can have Italian, Chinese, traditional foods. Also, Subway and KFC. Or you can have food and drinks on the go at Greggs and other areas.
Definitely recommend for a shopping experience in one area and there is plenty of places around the Derby City centre you can visit. Derby is the best for shopping and I've lived here over 40 years.

What do you get when you cross National Burger Day with the 10th birthday of a gourmet burger chain? A night of amazing food! Byron celebrated their 10th birthday on the 21st of August and invited me, among other bloggers, to their celebration for "a true VIP burger experience". I was then asked to tell you guys, on National Burger Day, what I thought of the night and the food I was served!

Starters (While You Wait)

Mains (Proper Hamburgers)

Desserts

To finish off the night I opted for 2 of my favourite sweet treats combines. Cheesecake and Oreos. The dessert was gorgeous and filling. Just the right amount of sweetness and not too dense. My only dislike about the dessert was that the base was a bit on the hard side for me. I prefer the base of my cheesecake to be soft and crumbly, but apart from that, I would have it a second time.

Would I go again? Once in a while, yes. But I'd probably steer clear of the beer!

Brilliant shopping centre. Loads of the usual shops along with some designer stores.

Indoor market is accessible from here and the city centre is a short walk from the shopping centre.

Food court upstairs has great restaurants to choose from.

Car Park adjacent is pricey.

Getting out of the riverside car park was dreadful at 2 in the after noon, and don't give me Christmas eve dreadful system cars coming in as cars going out who in there right mind thought that system up they had to stop in coming cars coming in so we could get out who will get the medal for that actually spoiled the whole shopping experience we expect some disruption but that was unexpected madness get your act together

Clean and light shopping experience. Food court and restaurants are upstairs.
The lifts to the cine de lux are a tad confusing and if your a wheelchair user, take the wrong lift, your left playing hunt the right lift for a good 10 minutes. Hence why a 3, as the lifts to the non car park areas are tight, not well lit and at times have smelt awful.

I went to watch Bad Boys at the Odeon located in the intu shopping centre.

There is ample parking, rates depend on the stay and what time. Evenings tends to be cheaper.

They have a food court and the usual shops catered for all classes of people. There are no high end designer retail shops unfortunately.

Weekends are normally busy. You should check out there website, which will.give you the information regarding the types of shops and services.

There is family, disabled and normal parking.

A horrible, soul-crushing experience. Exactly the same as any other mall, but somehow worse. The temperature is *just* wrong. Everything a *tad* too loud. Distances are a *touch* too far to be comfortable. Still, if it all gets too much, you can always enjoy a bland, overpriced coffee served by a dead-eyed teen on minimum wage. (Tip - "Cafe Caruso" is the only good (and non-chain) cafe. Good coffee and food at the right price. It's why I put an extra star...)

Good
