I had a vendor install Premisys software. That vendor goes out of business, They have me call a number and another vendor comes by and they fix 1 problem but leave us with a broken sensor. They become completely unresponsive to fixing the sensor. Now Premisys wants me to pick another vendor and I'm done with you clowns. When you can't find a vendor in NYC to service your product your done too. It's garbage and we will replace with a Honeywell system. It's a 1 door system with a doorbell/camera.
