Work environment is so nice ...!! Office Architecture is so soothing

One of the very few stone buildings house the premium UX / Tech leader - Idealake. Must visit for clients looking to brainstorm in green and grey.

It is a located at lower parel 10min from the station
The company mainly deals with banking and financial solutions and marketing
The comapney is in RR building and its like a little home
Their is a single room where all employees do their work together kind of startup
I went there for an interview, one person give me form and then their was paper pen based apptitude test
Question were of avg difficulty but unfortunately HR was not their so future process was not conducted and then i didnt get any reply from them

One of the better agencies for your digital needs. Having said so the office locale could be better.

Very bad experience.. one of team member(Hr. I think) called me for job opportunity as i am looking for job change.. she ask me current CTC i told her with my expectation.. she said not issue we will call you for telephonic round.. i cleared that round and then they give me UI test to do from home also.. i completed it before time.. and submit after 3-4 days they are saying we can give you this much amount(which is 70% of current CTC only).

Good for freshers and to whom who want to gain experience

Very bad experience with this company they had mail me after that call me I have given my all detail on call n I also said that I have 2 year experience they had ask me to send cv after that they have said me to come at there place for interview after one round they said me we don't have opeing for web developer how cheap they are and this company people doest Value the time also what the developer need time bcz of them I loos my one day Salary to n for saying me that we don't have inter after 1 round after 2 hr they said me this thing don't expect this thing
