If I could give zero stars, I would give it. The company was not very good at maintaining communication during the design process. As I went elsewhere to get the ball rolling, a smooth talker named Jeff would just tell you he has been doing patents for 20+ years and any competition he has is a joke and he would do what they do for cheaper. Once I went into the next "phase" they did not get me actual documentation of the patent filing or results despite paying for it, as for the "marketing" jeff promised for the next 2 years, they did absolutely nothing. Valery dumped off an email to log into their website where you had to essentially cold call companies and investors yourself, despite Jeff's claims that he has such good relationships with these companies. From there on out, it was nearly impossible to get Jeff or Jay to answer their phone. DO NOT BLOW MONEY ON THESE GUYS, their only sucessful product was the shake weight and they will never let it go in bragging terms. But they have more interest in just taking your money instead of trying to push your idea out to the open market. I cannot think of any other company that could be bigger scammers than these scumbags.

Theses guys switch emails within emails. What the hell. Cannot get a hold of them.

I was one of their customer they promised me the world to get money out of me they told me they have connections and my idea will be sold so quick and they will provide me the list of investors etc all (B*** S***)they gave me a couple of links and i was at my own ...DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.....STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

This company is very unprofessional and sounds a lot like they are trying to scam people. I had an idea for an app I was trying to develop and I got in touch with several different companies and Idea Design Studio contacted me and they seemed very pushy and wanted me to pay them on that very day. I told them I don't have money and they were forcing me into paying them to develop an app for me. I got bombarded with emails and calls from them until I emailed them saying how I wasn't ready to develop it yet and maybe once I have enough money in a couple weeks I would keep them in mind and you would expect a company to be professional and at least email back saying thank you for reaching out to us but nope after that they never even emailed back or called back for a thank you. Just a bunch of scammers trying to make money. Also google Idea Design Studio reviews and you'll read horrible reviews. Save yourself hundreds of dollars and dont do business with them.

I recommend working with this company. They were very patient with me and helped me a lot.

Stay away from this company it scam. All theu doing is taking people money. Did got F from BBB. Stay away faux. I wish I could give them a zero.

Took my money, made a video of my idea. That process took quite a few months. Took my money again to help with the "marketing for a year", then they went MIA. No marketing done. Communication on their end stopped. Just don't do it.

They have been working on a project for a year almost. Never returns emails or reaches out. I do believe them to be a scam and I will have to call doj to get my idea and money back. Do not use!!!

SCAM COMPANY! INVENTORS BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Ladies & Gentlemen, please take the highest level of precaution if you are currently doing business with or thinking of doing business with this company regarding your invention or trying to get to the next level with your invention or idea through IDEA DESIGN STUDIOS. ALL They Want is your $4,900.00 and then they've got you. PERIOD! I will be posting this WARNING to multiple sites to hopefully give those who would make a wise decision regarding their hard earned money and time. First off...ALL the positive reviews on this page were likely posted by the company employees itself. Secondly, I am not a disgruntled customer who already lost money to this Scam. I am a guy who took the time to read the past the 130 Good Reviews, and took the time to read the oddly few Negative Reviews, and guess what...Everything the Negative Reviews stated was correct!

First I received a call from Richard (2/24/17), who used fast talking tactics to discuss my invention. After discussing it, Richard said the idea sounded good, and he would have "The Owner" call me back later. Then I received a call from Jeff (2/28/17) who initially said he was a Supervisor, then later elevated himself to a Director later in the conversation. I explained to Jeff that I've done my research and I was willing to take the time to listen to what they were offering as far as services regarding inventor assistance & networking. I stated three times that "High-Pressure Used Car Salesmen tactics wouldn't be necessary", but Jeff never heard a word, and in fact he was so busy over talking me that I don't think he heard anything I said. He explained that they provide Logo, Web-site, & CAD design services, all of which are things anyone who takes the time to do can easily do for themselves. Then they will present your invention at a few conventions to drum up interest, and help sell or license your invention. Not only can you do all these things yourself, but for significantly less than $4,900.00. As I attempted to ask more pertinent details about their services, Jeff's demeanor began to shift. Suddenly, I was talking to a guy who didn't give a crap about anything but his commission if he could get the $4,900.00 out of me. Then Jeff even began using negative strategies to increase his pressure sales tactics. "You may not be the type who wants to succeed, and make millions; You're going to get your Patent Stolen once its published so you better act fast." Then, when I didn't fall for that Jeff dropped all professionalism and began talking to me like some Con-Man off any corner in America. Once a Con-Artist sees that his/her SCAM is not working they turn on the Mark hurling insults and mocking them before they go. So too was this true with Jeff. The call deteriorated quickly from that point onward, to the point that I had to terminate the call to keep Jeff from going into a full-on 6th Grade School-yard insult match. I remained professional, but then without provocation Jeff even went so far to say...."I make more than you in 3/mths than you will in a year." WOW! That is exactly how a Con-Man acts when he can't get his way.

Ladies & Gentlemen, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IDEA DESIGN STUDIOS, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! $4,900.00+ can be used to 1 mil. other ways than to promote your invention or idea. Best of Luck to those who still decide to do business with such a company after reading this.

Have tried to get in touch with someone about my invention but have not heard yet

These guys are total liars Marvin and Jeff both. I need my money. All they do is keep asking for money but not enough work being done. Just found out they have been closed for 6weeks now. This is a total breach of contract.

Horrible, horrible customer service from their manager/director named Jeff. This guy doesn't know how to talk to people. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. Find help else where.

So I'm reading these reviews and honestly can't believe what I am reading. Since day one Ive had a positive relationship with this company. I told them I didn't have the money up front but would have it by x date, the guy kept in contact, motivated me, and kept my interest going. My designer emails daily about updates that are happening with my design. They haven't sold any dreams or anything, in fact the device I invented has to have an app and Michael told me that they would give a mark up on how it would look before actually spending my money on it; doesn't sound like a scam to me! If it was a scam he would have told me hey it's going to be x amount of dollars. They are a business and yes they have to make profit too. Once everything is completed I'm not relying on them to find me investors; no as an inventor and businesswoman that's my job. Some of you all need to stop being lazy. If it's your dream your invention you have to make yourself and invention marketable. Sell yourself don't wait on anyone else to do it!

I have had such a genuine authentic connection with my team at Idea Design Studio from the moment we spoke. They delivered so far everything they said they would..this was my biggest concern and reason for hesitation in the past about disclosing my idea. But that wasn't the case with IDS, my team was honest, professional, patient and very knowledgeable.. I feel like it was a match made in heaven and I can't wait to see what they helped escape my head and transform into everything I imagined...Thank you for being true to your word

SPAM! SPAM! SPAM! I lost over $5000 with them, how this fraud company still exists is beyond me.

Great Project Management Plan, really helped me know where we were in the process the whole time. I would use them again for another idea.

Their sister company Zapporro in Atlanta that developed apps has scammed tons of people. Taken money and did not finish projects. Targeted people who are Elderly, on social security or not very computer knowledgeable. Would not return calls then suddenly found out by a google search that the are permanently closed. SO WOULD NOT BE SURPRISED IS THIS COMPANY SCAMS PEOPLE ALSO.

This company is only interested in your money!!! They promised that once the design/concept work was done on my idea, they would be presenting my idea to potential investors and buisnesses for the next two years. All they did was send me some web links so that I would have to find my own way of bringing my idea to market!

I was searching for a company to help me with my invention for over a year.
When I finally found Idea Design Studio, I felt like I was blessed.

As of today 08/21/2017, This company is VERY, VERY PUSHY AND A SCAM!!!! I was speaking with a Jeff a suppose to be (director). He became so rude because I would not provide him with my credit card number. He begin to tell me that I was wasting his time, and I will be broke the rest of my life and that someone else will get rich off my idea. I told him that's fine, because the God I serve says "what's for me is for me". He then said it so said that I am so broke that I don't have 595.00 to start my future.... the money was not the problem, I didn't feel comfortable with the fast pushy conversations from the company. 2nd they was not willing to sign MY NON-DISCLOSURE, but wanted me to sign this made up NON-DISCLOSUE they sent to me. If you and your company are turning around ideas as you say you are, there is no need to ask for money up front get it on the back end once you have developed, trademarked and etc. the ideas. Well you can't get rich off my idea because YOU NEVER GOT THE FULL CLARITY OF THE PRODUCT AND NAME!!!!!!, BUT YOU WANT MY MONIES.....NOT HAPPEN!!!!! Thank God for wisdom and other loyal companies and manufacturers in the world that are not SCAMS....like you and your company!!!

Had ideas to implement. Contacted them for initial information but gentleman whom I spoke with (named Tom) over the phone was inpatient and unprofessional. He didn't explain the procedures in a more patient and passionate way. He tried to escape and end the call. I was unhappy about his service and initial impression about the company.

DO YOUR RESEARCH. Be absolutely sure you are ready & have the money to take a chance on your invention, and be absolutely clear about the services you receive for your payments. This company will gladly take your money to "develop" your idea, aka draw it with no actual mechanical knowledge of how anything works... So the patent is basically useless. They claim to do a patent search but won't care or tell you if there is a VERY similar product on the market already. The reason they are so pushy and will tell you what you want to hear is because they make money regardless of wether your invention gets bought out or not. Yet they still pretend there is some sort of selective process. Just ask them for the actual percentage of their inventions that end up being manufactured and you'll see what I mean. In my opinion they are a company with questionable business practices that prey on certain people who don't know better. So again, just be informed when dealing with them.

Limited contract agreement for 4900. They did not complete our agreement discussed in Aug 2017 and signed in Sept. 2017. After trying to contact them several times since Dec. No body has yet to follow up with me.

They were amazing to work with! Thank you for all your hard work and efforts, they're much appreciated.

Great people who truly care about you and your invention

This company has helped me from the start. They are compliant and reliable, they answered all my questions and resolved all the problems I had for my idea. Idea Design Studio is a great way to go to create your Idea visually if you are short in capital, they are affordable for anyone who is living on paycheck to paycheck like me. If you have a great idea, then it's worth it to work with these guys.

This company promised to make my "idea come to life"- this did not happen and they NEVER told me that I would have to spend thousands of more dollars to actually have the app created. They lied and now I'm out over 3k. They even promised to give me a refund back in October and I have never heard from them since! Now their phone doesn't work and no one is emailing me back. I will be filing a lawsuit soon if I do not get my refund and will be filing a complaint with the FL attorney general.

Working with Idea Design Studio has been a great experience! From the start with my idea they worked hand in hand with me to see my product brought to life. I had never envisioned such success in terms of development of an idea but, their team made it possible. This is a team that will I can confidently refer to anyone willing to grow their invention from an idea to a realistic product worth pitching to investors. Finally, I can summarize by saying in life... "You Have to Jump"; I did, with their help.

Do not go to these people righ now im currently talking to a lawyer about what i can do to get my money back. There service is horrible they do not get done what they post to overall this is a bad place for business. I we post to have a patent done with my product didn't get that.

Honestly I'll say, don't bother using this company. I paid them to get a website and design created and was told by Jeff he would be there the entire time and til this day has not helped. I eventually got tired of trying to find "investors" on my own (because prior to paying, I was told they find investors) I ended up writing an email with my frustrations and got a response from Marvin. He told me he would help me and when we spoke made promises to call me back. He hasn't yet called me back. I sent more emails and called leaving voicemails and still nothing. Being a single mother of two kids, and spending money to make a dream happen, it's heart breaking to think all they cared about was the money and not at all to help me get to a good position. False information and false promises is all I got. This is my personal experience and all though the team did a good job forming up my "website", because I paid, they left me high and dry with nothing else. I won't do business here again because integrity is not a high priority here. They deleted this same message off their Facebook page. Smh

If you ask about their ratings they will claim all these reviews are from competitors, I was told that same thing, but now I know the truth. Smh find me on Facebook for proof on what I'm saying. Please, save your money and go to another company. Any.
