IMG is a fantastic company to work for! The educational opportunities they provide for their employees is outstanding, as is the ability to grow. I started off working in dietary when I was in high school, became a marketing director right out of college, and I am now an Administrator with this group. They truly value each employee and each Resident. Residents First, Employees Always isn t just their mission, not just their value, it s their way of life.

IMG is a great place to work! The management team is supportive and really do make you feel a part of the team. I have worked with IMG for 1 year and hope for many more!

I have worked for IMG since 2011. My position has evolved from entry level to management. They offer great benefits; such as vacation, sick, medical, dental, and vision. IMG encourages continued education and training. The regional teams are knowledgeable and helpful, you always have support. There's longevity in the front line staff and management in all departments. IMG encourages staff to have fun. Every day is different. What remains the same is the teamwork and love for the residents.

Horrible company to be a vendor for they never pay their bills on time and just give you the same BS line. That they will talk to management and take care of it. They know they are a net 30 and we usually get payments within 6 months. We will no longer be do business with any of their facilities unless the pre-pay first. HAVE THIS COMPANY PRE-PAY OR YOU"LL WAIT FOREVER TO GET PAID.

IMG may be a great place to work for in larger cities...but they really don't care about their smaller facilities. Run down, don't pay their charge accounts in a timely manner, and definitely don't care for their employees!!
