I love working here! The people are great & the environment is fabulous. Best company in town to work for!

I love my job here at Idahoan Foods, I am a go getter type of person and so learning the jobs has been easy for me and I have changed my position a few times now which has helped me grow more knowledgeable. The pay is good and at first I loved the 12 hour shifts but after awhile the long hours can be very daunting on the body. When I first started working here I worked my shift and covered two more, why? because it was fun and exciting, but now that I have been here 2 years it seems to be a challenge just to work my own scheduled shifts. Maybe because I am getting older and my body is tired. Now I fear I am just another old person who is putting in her time. I hope that I will be able to put in 20 more years time and retire, the new attendance policy has me and a large number of other employees scared that we will be let go before retirement. I love this company and I want to stay working here until I am ready to retire, will see in another 2 years where I stand.

It's a good place to work if ya like working in a very hot invention

Your 8 oz. Family size instant potatoes that show easy open are far from that. Your idea of ez open requires a knife or pair of scissors next time actually put in the grooves to get to the ex open because there were none on this package. Ps great potatoes when you can get them open without appliances

Grate products horrible management. I worked in the idaho Falls plant in packaging as a machine operator I was treated unfairly it's all about who you are friends with not about the quality of work you do. I was fired for no reason they had no proof of me doing anything wrong but they said to protect the brand standard they had to let me go. So good luck to any future employees of this company .
