Idaho parks offer so much. Great staff working to serve the state

Went to a play at night there. Didn't know what to expect but it turned out good. It's very refreshing to sit out doors in a theater.

Was out at Shakespeare Festival. Hound of the Baskerville. Was a great 3 person show. Would recommend to all.

The new online registration is a hassle. It told me I had a profile then it told me I didn't, and then when I managed to get into the site it told me that my VIN was already listed in a different profile and wouldn't let me renew my OHV permit. So I called and sat on hold for 35 minutes to do something that should've taken 5 minutes to do. Nothing against the folks working there, I'm sure they're understaffed and overworked but the process itself gets a 1 star rating from me. I hope this process becomes more efficient in the future.

I was having issues renewing my boat registration and did NOT want to go to the DMV (because the DMV sucks). I called in, they were polite, and in about 30 seconds had the issue resolved and my boat renewed! Thanks for saving me a trip to the DMV.

Saw the Hunchback of Notre Dame. Absolutely loved, loved, loved it. Cast was amazing and I would definitely recommend it and I would even go see it again.

Best state agency in Idaho whose mission is to increase quality of life through recreation. Great folks who truly care!
