The top management is just there for namesake. They don't care about employees or their needs. Employees don't even have a break room here.

The great people who worked here are now leaving this company. Management is obsessed with micromanaging the employees, and this management style impedes the potential and creativity of the workers. Also, the managers don't care much about the employees. They are too focused on the clients that they forget to look out for their workers.

We have put our trust on them to provide us with properly skilled and honest people. And that we won't have to deal with any employee issue. But we were wrong, we had more problems with their employees making their own issues which they should resolve.

I was there for help to find work and I need specific work like desk job or reception something light on my feet. I cant stand for hours hustling. The case worker ignored my specific requests and sent me to jobs like UPS and retails and crowded Malls... Also dont trust them when they want to modify your resume. They just butchered my resume made me sound like I have a low IQ. They give you the run around and make you travel too much. They disregard that this is about people with sensitive details and health issues. I did not get the specific job I ask for here... I just started looking for job online myself.

The people here are indifferent. They listened to my requirements but failed to respond despite multiple emails and calls. I don't think they need a new business as they ignore potential clients quite easily.

Very disorganized and staff never returns your call.

Most of the people here are not qualified to help others find a job. they barely hold on to their own jobs. Visit them a few times, you'll agree to what I am saying.

This place I highly recommend, very professional staff and environment, As a Veteran I feel welcome and they do actually help you.

The Veteran Section staff Ms. Blanco amdvother team members are great.

Very detail and resourceful, they actually do follow ups and are active to help you find employment and trainning, multiple opportunities, they have a resource room, no pressure very positive environment for veterans this place is a America Works Team.
