Altogether it was a very positive experience. From our inspiration through the design phase to construction and finishing work, we have been more than pleased. We wish you could be a fly on the wall in our kitchen to hear what people say about our kitchen when they walk in. They are absolutely totally impressed and say so over and over again! The design and construction crew that we worked with were professional, helpful, courteous, punctual and meticulous in their work. Special commendations to Mike Fess and Jenny Rice who made our vision come to life.

My experience of working with Icon Building Group has been top notch!! On multiple projects they have taken the vision in my head and brought it to reality - BEAUTIFULLY!!! I am grateful when issues have presented, and they always do in construction, they respond professionally and quickly. We had an outstanding experience working with ICON for a main floor renovation. It included a full kitchen, powder room and staircase remodel. From the very beginning the designer, Jenny, listened very carefully and was able to work in our ideas along with her suggestions to produce a beautifully finished product. Our project manager, Sorin, kept the work on a schedule to accommodate a planned party. We really appreciated the entire team's attention to detail and using quality materials. We have and will continue to recommend Icon to other friends looking for remodeling professionals.

From their exceptional customer service to their individual amazing skills they listened to exactly what we were looking for and made our vision come to life. Charlie and Sean were a pleasure to work with designing our floor plan and throughout the process. They oversaw the whole process and always delivered on their promises! Kristy and Mark helped us throughout the design process and were knowledgeable and kind. Chris was our right arm and could not have been more patient with us. He made sure everything was correct throughout the process and delivered our beautiful dream home to the day he had promised. I have had the pleasure of working with Joe Stelzer and his team this year, and I cannot say enough about their commitment to customer service. I have worked with other contractors before and it has been a horrible experience. Joe and his team do quality work, they are dependable, they communicate effectively and often and I never have to worry about lose ends. Can't say anything negative-they are what other companies should strive to be!

We have chosen icon group to build our new custom home and wow what an amazing team to work with! Charlie went above and beyond to accommodate the design, detail and customization for house plan, Mark was helping us with all the options available and get the details quickly, Sean was amazing to provide different ideas and alternative options, Kristi was really helpful in cabinet design and selections, and last but not the least Chris was great coordinating home walk throughs, and making sure construction process is up to the quality and standard and the entire team were accommodating and courteous with customer service as their top priority! Also the external team who helped choose lighting, tiles, flooring, were great as well ! Overall it was a good experience !!! We highly recommend Icon group for your custom home construction.

Icon Building Group built an absolutely stunning home for my family just north of Chicago. Everything about the home is custom tiered towards our initial plans, and Charlie did a great job in keeping us updated throughout the entire construction process.

I bought my condo 12 years ago. I was thrilled with the space but it was in need of some work when I moved in. Budget hadn't allowed me to make any changes until recently when I called Icon. I explained what wasn't working for me and the changes I wanted to make. Icon was able to redesign my kitchen so I had much more storage and functionality....and it looks great! I also put in new flooring throughout and everything got repainted. My once dated condo looks like a million bucks! it was great working with the Icon team. They took care of every last detail.

Working with Icon was a great experience. Charlie and Jenny are not just good home builders but they have become our genuine friends.

They worked with us every step of the way from design to codes to picking out the right finishes. The knowledge of everyone in the company was very impressive as we certainly didn't know what we were doing. We could not be any more pleased with how our dream home turned out.

On top of that any time there was a snafu Charlie would do whatever it took to make it right and make sure we were satisfied. He even offered to put us up in a 5 star hotel if our house wasn't finished before we needed to move out of our old house (which happily we did not need).

Whether you are remodeling your existing house or building your new dream house you cannot go wrong with Icon.

Icon completely remodeled our first floor (moved the kitchen, old kitchen became a mudroom) and master bathroom. We were living overseas when we first reached out to Jenny. She was very helpful in communicating the plans and budget while we were abroad and then got the remodel started in our absence. The project was completed on time and on budget which was very important to us. We absolutely love how it turned out. Mike and Jenny, as well as the subcontractors, were easy to work with and very professional. I highly recommend ICON.

From start to finish Working with Icon builders was a fabulous experience. Jenny helped me make the decisions regarding finishes and showed me so many options that I feel we created the perfect home.Sorin, our project manager was always quick to respond and timely. They had the best cleanliness on the work site that I have ever seen. There was someone there working every day and all the subs were very professional. The ultimate question is would I use them again and refer them to others. The answer is YES, in a New York minute without any reservations.
