Great service, everything perfect! Delivery on time. I ordered a Whirlpool oven with all the functions I was looking for and I was really happy!

Fridge arrived damaged. left by the courier without our presence. Very slow assistance. One month to get the refund and they didn't even refund the shipping costs (39 ). I also had to return the fridge at my own expense (another 39 ).

Bought a swing through Amazon from the company iCommerce Srl, which is owned by Prezzoforte.it
After just 6 weeks the swing changed color. In the parts exposed to the sun it has completely discolored.
I contacted chienti service who told me to be "normal".
How is it possible ? It is an outdoor product !!! And after 6 weeks (not 6 years ...) it is already ruined ...
The quality of the product is incredible, but above all the total lack of professionalism on the part of the customer service.

I bought an electrolux microwave for the modest sum of 663. Once I opened the packaging, I realized that the product was visibly damaged in several places and that the door did not close due to a pin breaking. I contacted the seller who did not want to replace the product and for which he offered me a refund of 40.00 (on 663 for an oven to throw away ????). I clearly did not accept and I am taking legal action. It is useless to call the telephone number because no one answers. INCORRECT SELLER. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I had purchased a product that, when it arrived, did not satisfy me and I returned it. The amount paid was immediately credited and I placed another order of the same product but of a different brand. Shipped immediately and arrived without problems. In my opinion a very reliable supplier.

I'm pissed off ... I ordered a computer and it didn't arrive (already paid for). Phone and they never answer, I email and they don't answer ... now they say that the goods have been lost when I have never seen the shipment and the shipment number .... only two answers today via e-mail where they talk about refund and then a subsequent one where the refund has been suspended. It doesn't get worse than that. I hope they read and call me because I will be forced to file a complaint.

The purchased product corresponds perfectly to my expectations and to the characteristics published in the advertisement. I do not deny that given a good part of negative reviews on the shop I was very very hesitant whether or not to 'risk' the purchase [at the best price on the web including shipping] but fortunately everything went well, simply perfect shipping and packaging and product arrived in advance of forecasts. Even the much maligned and criticized BRT courier performed an excellent service, calling me on the day of delivery [I had not requested delivery by appointment] and, taking me to the desired place, the appliance with the utmost availability and kindness, even at my request to sign with reservation.

I bought all the appliances for the kitchen from you .. I only had problems with the sink that arrived broken during transport; they replied immediately and quickly replaced it with a more expensive one without asking me anything more .. excellent for me .. thank you very much

For the first time I used Prezzoforte. The purchase was a washing machine that convinced me for the price combined with the reviews of previous buyers. It turned out to be a good product, absolutely in line with my needs, and with very good performance for its cost.
Delivery was quick, punctual and accurate. I will definitely use Prezzoforte again for my next purchases.
