Horrible service so far. Domain registration failed after successful payment!

Very poor hosting are worse even than superhosting. Overloaded servers 7-10 load average, constant shutdowns (at least once a day for 1-2 minutes).

Very helpful whenever there's an issue of any kind. They explain why the problem have occurred and help fix it. Have a lot of useful extensions which have turned out to extremely important in solving some of the troubles I've had within websites. Highly recommend choosing them!

I am very pleased with ICN's hosting services. I have been their client for almost 2 years and have not had any problems. Of course, there was a downfall of hosting, but it was always lifted very quickly. I once needed technical assistance with my hosting and my support specialist solved the problem almost immediately.

Until before the middle of 2018, ICN were probably the BEST hosting in BG. He led the others by the nose with a lot.

Unfortunately, towards the middle they "upgraded" the servers and the problems started. Although I was on the most expensive possible shared hosting plan and had only 1 modest site with no more than 300 visits per day, problems, shutdowns, messages about exceeded resources started.

And even though I was their client for 8 years, they forced me to leave and this is one of the better decisions I've made.

They tried to get me to go to "cloud hosting" because you know, my site was busy (I repeat, 300 visits per day)

After they introduced me to their prices, which were WRONGLY expensive compared to 99% of their competitors in the west, I just took cloud hosting from CloudWays (not a Bulgarian company) and since then I am more than satisfied. It only costs $ 10 a month, and although I already have 6,000-10,000 visits a day to my site, I've never had a gram of problems and the speed is about 4 times faster.

Good luck on ICN, but they lost me a long time ago.

Unfortunately, I can't give less than 1 star ... The server is extremely cumbersome, and for the technical department ... they can easily throw their diplomas. Don't waste your time with them ... you will surely be more than disappointed!

I do not recommend this company to anyone! The hosting services they offer are of very poor quality, and problems with our sites are constantly arising.

Overall great service, but the control panel is a bit confusing and annoying to use.

Round zero! Nothing comes out of you! Non-stop eros, the server loads for 15 minutes a day. I have no words for the technical department. The boys have no idea what's going on. Only excuses and nothing more. Do not fuck around and do not use their services on any occasion!

My favourite hosting company - all types of hosting services, perfect customer service round the clock, perfect communication, human face of the management. Seamless operation and ultimate uptime. This is my hosting company.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The difference between them and BTC is that they at least pick up the phone. Two or more years ago I recommended them, but for the first year now, the situation is more than tragic. They are mocking people, and the mail service is highly dubious due to a bad reputation on their servers. If your partners do not receive letters, the mistake is not on your TV, hahahaha, they will recommend you a paid add on to make it even more fun and fun. Sympathy!
