I have been working at ICM for about 7 months now in the co-op program with my high school. Working here has been nothing but the best, everyone here is so kind and always willing to help. I learn skills that will transfer over into the real world. This company is more than flexible and will always understand. The Human Resources are always kind and really showing they care. I've worked at ICM Corp. for around two years and it is one of the best places I've worked at due to both its friendly atmosphere as well as their flexibility. As a college student with many things going on in my life it has been extremely flexible and understanding when I need to make changes to my schedule. I had to take four months off for study abroad and they were very kind in working around that change and even allowed me to come back to work afterwards. I've gained so much valuable experience at this job since I get the chance to work with many different departments such as HR, Quality, or Graphic Design. I work directly with the owner of ICM Corp. as one of his assistants and can say that he is a great boss that is understanding and accepting of everyone. I have greatly enjoyed myself at this job since they've been so kind and helpful.

This corporation truly cares for the community it serves. I am a fourth year college student at Marquette university and a part of a multicultural sorority on campus. As an organization, we strive to bring cultural awareness to our campus and Milwaukee community and because of that, we host the largest cultural event on campus. When it came to raising funds, ICM corporation was one of the few businesses that contributed to our efforts. As a multicultural organization, we are truly greatful to this business and know we can count on them for future events.

Great company to start out at. Colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Company is flexible and understanding when it comes to work/life balance.
