Good place to work. Good environment. Colleagues are ready to help and guide you when you're new, our when starting a task that you rarely do. Team Leaders and Managers are positive and when is needed, they are working next to you on the lines.
For me, the only down side is to be on the same task for many hours in a row(should change every hour), and only 2 breaks(40m and 20m) for a 12 hrs shift under low temperatures.
The agency managers and supervisors are 5 stars. Because I work for them as part time, they give me the chance to work the shifts that fit me better.
The pay rate could be better for the night shift.
In general, good place to work.

Ichiban is a good place to work and the people are friendly and fun to work with. The work is varied and you learn new skills as well as making new friends. The pay is basic rate, but I can choose which days I work to fit around my life.
