We have had many spectacular ice sculptures and luges but this one takes the cake! For New Year's Eve, they created a champagne bottle ice luge complete with a popping cork, gold label and neck AND our logo. Our guests were BLOWN away and we were thrilled. Outstanding, responsive and professional customer service... we just can't say enough about our experience with Ice Lab!!

Ice Labs is the GO TO place for any event ice needs you may have! The staff is wonderful to work with, and the owner has a gift for making people wow at his work! They offer interactive pieces, as well as, show stopping long lasting centerpieces. They even make sure you have all the equipment necessary for your order! Attached is a picture of our center piece after the event (which was 4 hours long), and even after 4 hours it was still show stopping!

My husband and I were planning a wedding celebration in Richmond since its half way for both of our families so when I saw ice lab had a location in Richmond I was sooo excited only to call and find out that I would have to pay $3 per a mile from Baltimore MD which made no sense to me if there's a location in richmond false advertising if you ask me.
Edit: I am editing to reply to owner because I dont know how else to, I'm not sure why you have no record of my call possibly under my husband's name or my now married name and I wouldn't be so upset if the website didnt make it seem as if there's was a location in Richmond bc if you deliver any where from baltimore for that same fee why are there only 4 places advertised on your website. & correct there aren't any good options there which is why this was SO disappointing to us.
