Why did Philip at the front desk feel the need to say it s not my job when asked if he could possibly find out when my mother would be receiving a wheelchair to leave? Disgusting behavior from someone working in a hospital, the lack of compassion is atrocious.
My colleagues (and the students) at the Icahn School of Medicine are absolutely phenomenal. You would be hard pressed to find better people to be around in a work environment.

One hell of a phoney institute mostly with Doctors trying to infiltrate academia with not much academic or research experience and thereby watering down research quality and ruining lives of aspiring scientists.

This is a good hospital due to the pandemic some things hard to get but staff has been nothing but perfect, no complaining from me.
The place is so clean!! Be prepared to learn a new set of rules, they're everywhere. I think that's what makes this place great: Order becomes commonplace when everyone follows some standards.
