The system is built as a transactional platform and has been our vision from day one. Our system has the ability to request a file from the carrier, bring it in, provide the agent or policyholder the ability to manage the policy, and send the change back to the carrier. This transactional vision is years ahead of the industries capabilities however IBQ is ready when the carriers capabilities catch up.
