BAD To avoid absolutely they do not return the deposit of what you rent.Do not return any vehicle without having your deposit in hand and if you can just avoid using their services

We rent a scooter here the 21 of August 2020.
We were asked for a deposit which would be returned when the vehicle was returned, but, at the date of 15 October 2020 after many complaints we still dont have received our money back. It's embarrassing that they dont have any idea of where are our money and they're doing absolutely nothing to fix this. I'm thinking that is a way to keep our deposit.

STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! We rented a scooter here on August 21, 2020. They asked us for a deposit that would be returned when the vehicle was returned, but, AS OF OCTOBER 15, 2020 WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR MONEY YET !!!! It is embarrassing that they have no idea where our money is and that they are doing absolutely nothing to fix it. I think it is a way to keep our deposit.
