Nice amenities - clean and welcoming - lack of tea and coffee in the room - very well soundproofed - perfect breakfast

The room is clean. The front desk staff, the maids and the breakfast staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We put 3 stars because employees came to breakfast in the morning. They were very rude, not lining up to serve thinking to customers who took too much time for their taste, and they spoke very loudly. We were very embarrassed by them 2 mornings in a row. Without them our stay would have been perfect. We recommend this hotel for all the positives

The twin room is kinda small for two people. The breakfast is not bad, and it's included in the room price. The location is great if you want to be close to the train station, but for sightseeing consider a hotel in the city center. This hotel is next to a tram stop, but it runs every 30 minutes.

5 min walk from St Jean station! The welcome is friendly, however, the rooms facing the street with the tram are noisy at night and it is very hot in the rooms even without heating!

I did not put 5 stars because I did not have the opportunity to discover the rooms. I went there for a convention. We were well received, the conference room was large. The hotel provided pastries as well as coffee, tea and juice. The practical side: private parking is available to hotel guests.

Accessible (opposite station SNCF) and the tram passes. 2 stations at 100 meters

Extremely small, literally a passing by hotel to literally sleep, serves the purpose, but not what I'm personally used to.

The first welcome was very cold ... The room was not ready when we arrived (12:20) and the receptionist almost kicked us out.
The room was generally clean but lacks technical maintenance (the noisy and dirty VMC ...).
The bathroom is way too big (a lot of empty) and there is an unglazed shower next to a bathtub (without a curtain or glass either ...) and in front of the toilet. How do you want to use a shower arranged in such a way ?! (it's impossible...)
It was very hot in the room and the thermostat at the entrance did not change anything, so we had to open the windows in the morning if we wanted to breathe a little (not terrible since the room was on the street side ...)
The breakfast is very good and complete, we didn't hear much noise at night (a little more in the morning).
The WiFi needs to be reviewed, it is much too slow (in the lobby and upstairs).

So I put 3 stars because there is a lot to review in this hotel, but it is still correct.

A reformita to modernize furniture would not be bad. Otherwise a place for a night for work is fine.

Hello, yes of course I was extremely disappointed when I went through the complexity of taking into account my reservation (arrived late) and the noise of neighboring rooms much of the night ... the receptionist of night could not find a solution. The only time in a hotel where I had a similar experience, the night was offered to me related to their commercial policy.

Following a train delay the SNCF accommodated me in this hotel. I do not know the price but the establishment is very suitable. I speak well of the Ibis Style.
Relatively spacious, fairly spacious rooms, comfortable bedding. Breakfast sufficiently rich and diversified and perfect home.

The rooms are really small and narrow. I feel choked and I find that it is really not consistent with the price of the room. Not to mention the double beds while I'm alone and I asked for a single bed .. I do not necessarily recommend. On the other hand very pro and friendly staff.

To avoid absolutely. Small, dirty room (open and empty bag of candy on the bedside table). Under the window, rubbish which makes the pleasure of the mice which stroll peacefully before our eyes.

Located in the center of Bordeaux, this hotel is close to Gare St-Jean. The rooms are rather small but offer all the necessary comfort. The breakfast is ok but nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work when I was there. Nevertheless the customers have been informed.

Clean room, all you need, the toilet is very close to the sink we put his legs underneath to sit on the toilet. It is very hot and sleeping in the station area is not easy, but at least you are close to all the amenities.

In training of 3 days at Ibis Styles Bordeaux Hotel St Jean, I discovered a nice place and a team to care for everything goes well. It was successful.

Small rooms for the price, beds weren't super comfortable, we didn't sleep all night.
Fine for one night but no longer.
Very clean overall. And the welcome is very pleasant.

Not worthy of a 3 star. Very small room. Bathroom very small and not always in good condition. Work is expected. Parking but not close to the hotel. It feels like an ibis budjet. Otherwise ok breakfast. Staff not always nice.

A bit outdated and cleanliness below average. If you just book this place to sleep after a long day in the city of Bordeaux, you'll like its central location right next to the main station. But besides that, don't expect to much. Staff was friendly, breakfast o.k.

Well overall. The staff is very friendly. But the Wi-Fi is not good and is under parental control and I find it a bit unfortunate because the hotel is frequented by adults. Otherwise the service is top and the mattress comfortable

During a discovery weekend we were very well received at the Ibis styles of the Bordeaux train station. Thank you to the team for its hospitality and seriousness. What a pleasure !! Small - the room is not very big. But that will not prevent us from returning with pleasure.

Does not deserve the IBIS Style designation.
Only the breakfast room can remind us a little of the brand's great development successes.
The rest of the hotel is dated, unpleasant smells in the common areas.
Room "old IBIS" in which we put a beautiful photo of the station.
