The location is very good considering the drive to the Jakarta expo is nearby. The hospitality in Ibis Styles is very good as well! Comfortable bed as well.

Julian from the restaurant was also friendly and informative for us travellers.

They ask and suggest to me to write this comment for increase the rating hotel in online survey and i sure this hotel become number 1 for class 3 star cause everything was comfortable . Ibis hospitality that served on 8th Floor of Mangga Dua Square

It's my first time staying at this hotel. The friend said that this hotel room was small, uncomfortable. But because I already ordered online and already paid ... I can't possibly cancel.
This hotel is located in the Mangga2 Square area, so it's very easy to find. At the beginning of entering the hotel door ... the impression is still ordinary ... like entering an empty shop ... there are no impressive ornaments. There is only a large environmental campaign board full of writing. And immediately faced with the elevator. Yups .. to go to the reception room we have to go up to the 8th floor.
As soon as I left the 8th floor elevator door, I was amazed .. I liked the cheerful details .. the colors .. the impression was fresh and young. In the main lobby, there is a restaurant, waiting room and 3 reception desks with a friendly receptionist. I came at 2pm. Check in was fast, and the room was ready immediately. I got a room on the 8th floor which is non-smoking, with a standard king size room + breakfast for 681 thousand.
Entering the room, escited once ... it turns out the room is not as small as I thought. Not too big. Very fitting for me who is tiny and staying alone. The arrangement of the rooms and the selection of furniture is neat..chery .. fresh..and just right !. The bathroom is spacious and has a separate shower and toilet. There are standard toiletries and hairdryer. And when I open the glass..waw..there is a very beautiful artificial garden. I am very satisfied, and I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast area, we have Julian who provides a good service. The buffet range is basic but considering its FOC for the room rates, it's value for money.

The room design still consider standard with other same francies, but this hotel walk way too noise cannot enjoy well sleep.
Even welcome drink only get 1, but we booked 2 rooms,

First time check in to this hotel and it was warm welcome from the receptionist Ms Dhea and she is very helpfull and friendly. Overall check in was great and rooms is clean and cozy. Only at night a bit noisy due to disco ecco sounds. Having my breakfast at the Hotel was great and food is very delicious. Hospitality of the staff at restaurant was gd and friendly especially Mr Julian, he is very helpfull and caring person. Always check on your customer needs. Should give your staff 5*****..Happy New Year!
