Beautiful hotel located right next to the lake. Very clean room, well soundproofed, bright, spacious (mine overlooked the lake) and well equipped.
Friendly staff, and rather functional surroundings of the hotel (enclosed parking, pretty terraces).
The Courte-Paille restaurant at the foot of the hotel is very correct (good choice of wines).
Outskirts neighborhood with hotels and business centers, so no shops and you need to take a vehicle for the ride. Very pleasant lake surroundings for a walk.

Ibis true to itself: standard rooms without surprises but especially without bad surprises ...

The reception at any time is really comfortable for a business trip. I regret the quality of my bed and my pillow. The place is very quiet and really well located.

Our favorite hotel in Bordeaux.

We have been to this hotel 4 times. It is very conveniently located. The staff are friendly and courteous. Check in and out quickly and easily. Our rooms were always big enough, clean and functional. The beds are beyond reproach. Sleep like God in France.
The WiFi and the parking lot are very good and free.
Kudos from us and a recommendation for almost everyone.

Room: clean, air conditioned, spacious even for 3. Quality bedding.
Breakfast: varied and plentiful.
Downside: no fridge in the room and obligation on the entire floor to slam the door to close it which causes considerable noise pollution.

Spacious room, bed size over 140, cleanliness ... Only negative remark, a strong smell of sewage in the room on arrival.

Uncomfortable bed (it sunk in the middle), no hand towels, unusually short shower (someone with over 1,78m will struggle. Ok breakfast and dinner at Courtpaille restaurant.

The hotel is ok. It is clean, the staff is friendly, the rooms are OK, the breakfast of very average quality.
The main problem is the hotel restaurant which is the courtepaille ... it's awful when you have to eat there every night several evenings in a row. Everything is frozen and / or poorly cooked ...

Another problem ... in times of covid, cleaning is only done at the end of your stay in the hotel. In principle, I understand. However, with the savings on hotel staff wages, can you invest in toilet brushes? At home, I clean them every day ... question of hygiene ...

The room is good and spacious. On the other hand, the soundproofing is not terrible in the rooms. We can hear hair dryers from other rooms. So good that I thought they were doing the housework and it was a vacuum cleaner. So, woke up in the middle of the night and again in the morning as soon as someone uses their hair dryer.

The staff is available and smiling, the rooms are spacious, well insulated and quiet. On the other hand a 2nd experience with a room having a problem of smell and of canalization.

The hotel is small, the rooms are small as is the bathroom, the cleanliness is good, the staff is very friendly, the location is a bit removed from the city center, breakfast is like in all the ibis, I only recommend it for a couple of nights since it is not a hotel with many luxuries.

We were a party of six who were visiting Bordeaux for a rugby match between Bordeaux Beagles and Connacht Rugby from Ireland....We stayed at the Hotel Ibis and found the Hotel to be like a home away from home.. very convenient and easy to access by tram to city centre. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and it was comfortable to stay and good safe walks in the vicinity....we will certainly revisit.....Thanks to all at the hotel for looking after us for the duration of our stay.

Very comfortable bedding and good water pressure but I expected more from an Ibis. Very friendly and responsive staff. Hotel a little big for my taste and very small and impractical elevator with a stroller.

Nice hotel, without much personality but very correct service. Restoration ensured by a Courtepaille. Breakfast service optional. Note that the hotel is quite distant from the city center of Bordeaux, a half hour by tram. The hotel is served by a tram stop right outside.

I like them in this hotel, its geographical position allows us to better visit Bordeaux and its surroundings.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Convenient to the center thanks to the tram that takes you to the center in 15 minutes. Free private parking, closed though not guarded. Untested breakfast due to the high cost. The location itself is relatively poor being out of the center near the convention center. For the rest recommended.
