Very upscale Bavarian restaurant, everything was consistent! Delicious food, perfect and warm service, great ambience !! Great praise!!

We were eating there after my sister's wedding. Really nice premises, very nice staff and wonderful food. Also very child-friendly, when my niece (6) asked if she could get a sharpener because her colored pencils broke off.
I would definitely recommend it.

Very good breakfast, top restaurant with very friendly staff, the rooms are equipped with everything you need and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and the small gym is perfect for a small evening workout. Everything perfect, therefore 5 stars!

Breakfast just great. Bed was a little too small for me. So no French bed or double bed. When I say the hotel is in need of renovation, so a hotel with fresh renovation is in a completely different price category.

We have now spent our ski holiday at Hotel Held for the 6th year in a row.
Although I'm usually not at all the type for going to the same hotel every year, I now feel at home at Hotel Held.
It is super clean, very nice and modern and the staff is very warm - the boss never gets tired of personally welcoming the guests into her house.
The food in the evening is fantastic (especially on the days when it is served at the table) and the breakfast buffet leaves no wish unfulfilled.
The spa area is very clean and comfortably furnished.

The connection to the ski lifts is good. There is a shuttle bus in front of the hotel and the gondolas are around 10 minutes away by car.

We have already recommended the hotel to two family friends and both were very satisfied. That's why I can only recommend it to each of you if you are willing to spend a few euros extra on a nice hotel.

Nice ladies there, great clean big rooms, save parking, fast WiFi, rich breakfast. Reccomend also restaurant!

The restaurant is noticeable negatively because of its overpricing and partly insufficient partly too salty seasoning. The range of vegetarian and vegan selection is loveless and leaves a lot to be desired.

A beautiful hotel, the service is unparalleled, we were with 4 people here and will definitely be back.

Fast service in the restaurant on Sunday lunchtimes and hardly any waiting time until all meals were served at the same time.

My grill plate had dry meat with a sauce that was too salty and had certainly cooked through for 3 days, the salad also had no dressing note.
After asking whether it was tasty, I passed on my shortcomings, but the kitchen couldn't be expected to apologize.
I won't eat here anymore.
Breakfast left nothing to be desired

Very friendly and attentive service, spotless everything, excellent and creative cuisine ... what more could you ask for? And civilian prices. First class breakfast. Nice beer garden.

There are several points why I would not recommend this '' Hotel '' to anyone, or my worst enemy

The hotel has good food and professional service. The hotel has a pool and Sky TV. The hotel is far from Regensburg, but the industrial companies Osram, Continental or BMW are very close. Running is very possible.

The 4 stars are by no means justified for me. I wouldn't want to go back here. However, there are also good ones. (TV & Inet free, food tastes good)
Why? :

The furnishing (furniture) of the rooms is okay, but the bathroom with shower leaves a lot to be desired. The tiles are broken, parts of the joints in the shower are moldy and the toilet seat is probably available for 10 in the hardware store.
There is a door sign that says please clean up, but nobody seems to care that you don't want someone else to enter the room. When I came back today my room was tidy. If the room is entered unintentionally anyway, you can save the sign. I didn't think that you should expressly "do not disturb" hang on the handle when you are not there.
So and now the big hit. The restaurant; I ordered a Wiener Schnitzel today. This costs 14.90 with fries and salad. I asked how big it was. She said it was already very big, but she could do half of it. A children's portion, so to speak. Since I wasn't that hungry and was assuming half the price, I decided to go for it. When I got the plate, I thought I was in the wrong film (also this fish set). And when I saw the bill, I was blown away. A schnitzel the size of a paper coaster for beer, 3 french fries on edge and a small bowl of salad for legend and writing 10.50. A bottomless cheek, even for Bavarian prices. Especially when I saw the normal portion at another guest.
Since we could not take part in breakfast in the morning, we were offered packed lunches. Which is actually nice, but the contents (8cm piece of baguette, two thick sausages (a kind of sausage), 1 green banana, 1 apple, 1 small yogurt, 1 Mars and 1 bottle of apple spritzer) were not good.

Well, scolded enough. Try it or leave it.

Nice hotel with associated restaurant, rural atmosphere with charm. Room a bit small and not air-conditioned.

Accommodation OK. Restaurant worse - last about 8-9 years without changing menu. Breakfast: Can't make scrambled eggs. You have to cook your eggs for yourself!

The food always tastes very good here. Mr. Held and his team are great! Everyone is very friendly and you feel very comfortable.

I found the restaurant very good. Room was ok. Breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately there was a construction site in the house. This should not tarnish the rating. The coffee during the conference was not good though. Parking is sufficiently available.

Even as a family with a baby, you can spend a relaxing holiday here, which offers an extensive range of activities for the whole family, including grandparents, to relax, unwind, action and good food. The great location of the hotel invites you to explore the area.

We were once again breakfast at the hero! It was as always delicious and the service was great!
