I ve stayed two times here. In one of my stay they have provided smoking room which was replaced immediately. It is nice and decent hotel. Breakfast is good. Parking as such is not a problem as you can park at the parking lot belonging to hotel in adjacent plot.

Good location. Food selection is limited particularly for Indians.

Rooms are quite small but decent enough. Bathrooms are very small. Didn't like it at all. I would say, opt for Ibis only if other options are not available.

Nice Hotel in Riyadh, i am strongly recommended because the room was clean as well the Wi-fi and breakfast was exellent.

I have beautiful memories every morning, but I do not know how it ended.

Loved it so much. Enjoyed the bed, bedding was clean. They allowed my sister and I to extend our checking out time to 16:00pm. Would definitely book Ibis Riyadh again

But there are some observations, including bad toilets, lack of materials for toilets, and the spread of the smell of food in all corridors, even inside the elevator
Glass is not clean and the air conditioner is very bad

Not value for money. Nearby Executive Hotel is far better. Very small room, limited amenities and location also is not good.

Safe and excellent Hotel for staying and delecious open buffet food especially Breakfast. Rooms are charming, very comfortable with very highy speed free Wi-Fi internet connection.

ONE OF the WORST hotels in Riyadh the customer service in this hotel is the worst in the world and the housekeeping is disgusting and they don t offer a clean towels or a free water PLEASE JUST STAY AWAY from this hotel and book in a real high quality hotel don t pay a lot for shity service providing from them

Not worth even 200sr .. the house keeping never answer there call it s always busy ..
We visited the Makkah branch and it was good but the Riyadh branch is highly disappointing
Unclean room And bathroom ..No soap , toothbrush or shampoo in the washroom !!

Good room temperature. AC nicely working. Hot water in bathroom 24hrs coming. Sofa, table, bathroom all things maintained good, nice looking.

With the Bank of Riyadh at its side, the crowd left you, and the street in front of the hotel is one path that means suffering

My feeling was very good. After smoking all smoke disappeared from the room. Fresh air was coming and removed all smells. I think Air conditioning system was good working.

Spectacular place & i really enjoyed my stay. Service was excellent, food is delicious.

A very bad hotel and the management of the hotel after a bad I advise all guests of this hotel not to take the room with breakfast because the restaurant has specific items for breakfast only, and its price is 55 riyals on the room price.

Totally do not recommend. In top of that I checked in early in the morning and the call me I have to check out at the same day afternoon.

When I asked for the reason they told me (this is hotel policy!) At the same calendar day!
