A nice and cost effective hotel for budget conscious yet high-standard customers who do not want to settle for less

NICE LOCATION AND REASONABLE PRICE.VERITY OF BUFFET BREAK FAST.....

The hotel is great and quiet but the problem is with the receptionist, someone who does not know how to deal with the guests and the scrivener tried to laugh with him but to no avail, the hesitation was unfortunate and unfortunately was a Saudi nationality, the hotel needed courses for receptionists before hiring them.

The staff are extremely accommodating and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Appreciate the hotel reservation team support. Enjoyed the stay very well...

The rooms are small and we are not well enough to live in them .. Unfortunately the situations are not a natural crisis .. Services are almost non-existent inside the room..You have a tea bag and 2 sugar today, and it is not watered yet !!
Other than that, go and see yourself if you want your blood to be burned

The hotel has a nice location in the heart of North Riyadh's business and financial district next to the iconic "Kingdom" tower. The hotel is still new clean and neat, yet, lacks some basic services! The Laundry service is terrible, you wouldn't find grooming kit in the bathroom, breakfast is average, wifi is good, ventilation in the bathroom is really bad, and hot water lasts for 5 minutes after you start your shower. Most of the guests are business travellers and the rate in the week days is higher than the weekends (400-450 in the week days Vs. 350-400 in the weekends).

Nice hotel, Room are clean and all amenities are placed well. Room AC is working well. Hot water is available 24 hrs. Enjoyed the hot shower well.

The hotel restaurant is overpriced

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable, the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious. Across the street from the main hotel.

Though the rooms and the bathrooms are a bit small, the staff is very customer friendly and has a professional approach. Especially Mr. Saif at the reception and Mr. Mehboob in engineering department are very helpful and won't mind going a step ahead to see that the customer gets satisfied with the services.

My team and I have been using this hotel for our Riyadh business trip over nearly two years due it's convenience and price and location. I mean what more than a comfortable clean bed and quick breakfast do you need when traveling on business?

Now and after nearly 2 years of use, cleanness is an issue and preventive maintenance a definite matter at the establishment.

With the increasing supply of this hotel segment, especially in Riyadh, the team and I agreed to change our accommodation next time in town.

Was staying at room 622 this time and I wonder when was the last time the bathroom door was dusted (for example)?

A team is in my business and I have been using this hotel for our business trips to Riyadh for nearly two years due to the efficiency of the location and the price. I mean, what more does a business traveler need from a comfortable, clean bed and a fast breakfast?

Now, after nearly two years of use, inadequate hygiene and preventive maintenance are a reality in this facility.

With the increase in supply for this segment of hotels in Riyadh, my business team and I decided to try another hotel during our next visit.

This time I got in room 622, wondering when was the last time the bathroom door was dusted (for example)?

The staff were still very friendly and welcoming, which was a two-point assessment.

decent hotel, couldn't judge because of the COVID-19 yet it is prepared and clean, services are good. i think that it worth the price.

also a note: if came for it using google map keep in mind that the entrance & parking are inside and not in the main street, be safe & enjoy.

Check in was efficient if not rather gruff. Smiles and friendliness are, of course cost free.
Breakfast while cheap with the package with Expedia was a rather odd eclectic affair of items that don't go well together although they did have piece of fresh fruit and chef to make different egg combinations.
The shower tends to leak across the bathroom as the glass shield is not sufficient to keep in it's output. Also the angle of the shower is odd as it's difficult to shower without elbowing the tap off.

Very good services, good experience at hotel, wifi is available and working well in rooms, clean and comfortable room.

Rooms are a bit small, matress is hard, and bed covers make you sweat ... I suggest they change bed covers ..

The hotel is located at the heart of Riyadh. Just opposit and very near to Kingdome Tower. Rooms are very clean and will furnished. Staff are very cooprative. Price as compare to the facilities is very low. Fast inernet services and also extra fitness facility.

The bathroom and room smell like you were in a third-class workers accommodation
