I have ordered and paid for with the queen bed room instead it can be a single bed. Wtf

A very interesting hotel for you to stop when you are on vacation in the city of Bandung. How not, this hotel is one location with the Trans Studio tourist area which is currently the main destination of travelers who travel to the city of Bandung.

The hotel was full, even getting to the elevator meant queing. I understand it was high season, but expected at least someone to answer the phone when we call reception or room service. Rooms were quite small too. At least the restaurant was open quite late to cater to world cup matches

Is it true that staying at Ibis can only park the car and not use a motorbike? So that the parking lot is chaotic ??

The room is ok, quite spacious for the size of Ibis. Friendly and helpful staff.
That needs to be improved is the breakfast section. Too crowded, less table, muddy, lack of staff. Food is fast and no longer filled, staff are busy cleaning the table for the next guest. Poor, overload

Good, I have stayed here twice and because I am close to the Trans Mall, the bus can swim in the Trans Luxury hotel and the PST is byg again. Because ibis Trans Bandung doesn't have a swimming pool. Food can replace breakfast for breakfast. There is a spicy chicken food tasteless cm the chicken tastes bland because it is absorbing the seasoning and is rather hard. And now there's a window for various kinds of bread.

This is a strategic hotel for anyone who wants to go to Trans Studio Bandung. Unfortunately, we got an issue on the elevator. Not a good experience since we were on the 18th floor.

Location near TSM minus fitness center and swimming pool

Parking to ibis is not very informative / small & parking is not trashy at all, so a lot of garbage is scattered. The elevator is very difficult to operate so it often overlooks the floor. The reservation officer also does not remind us of parking card stamps, so we have to pay 65 thousand to get out of the parking lot the facilities are ok, the food is also ok, unfortunately there is no typical Bandung menu

The hotel is also stood under same complex with one of the largest mall in bandung, so you dont have to worry about how should you looking for amusements or foods. Their restaurant and breakfast services are extraordinary. One problem is the bed in twin bed room is too narrow for me.
