Local Electrically Union 520 of Austin very helpful and do a expert job.
Glorified open shop is a better descriptor that union. Homeless have better health benefits than IBEW 520 contractors offer. Rude, low class, unsafe, drunks and drug addicts work for ibew 520 and contractors.
