This is my employer and it's been a very awesome career and it's taken care of me and my family with out struggling from pay check to pay check.
I have worked non union and I'm very glad I went union because union is 100% better and working with Qualified electricians can save your life because like non union electricians are UN schooled and UN Qualified and may get you killed.
I hold my head high and am proud to be a union electrician of local 357 .
On every jobsite safety comes first and the Union is very strict and caring about the safety of everyone. It's been the best career of my life and I have had a few people join the Union and they also seen it is much greener on the other side.

I am New to union coming from non union. What make this best place to work for or get a job! I am just trying to get info on job opening at a casino and I was referred here took almost 3 hours just like waiting in DMV! I will possibly update if I get better understanding how labor union work and operation. UPDATE... AFTER 3hrs So I guess call first and set an appointment to see a rep. They are very busy with job dispatches a lot job opening but you have to be a member and on the job pool. Seniority with the union is exercised with in the union so be very patient. After speaking with a rep I gain a few understanding but there's way more! UPDATE....10/9 Best to call first and set an appointment and check If they are dispatching job.
