Best hotel for the best daughters 30 th birthday xx

Very nice hotel. Secure with wonderful views across the bay. Very friendly and helpfull staff with good quality food. It is not the most competitively priced hotel but it is worth the extra for the facilities. Lovely and clean all around with excellent access to the Sandy beach and plenty of places to eat drink and shop if you wish. The only thing that's let the hotel down is the ala carte menu. I don't think it meets the 5 star standards.

Very nice hotel for adults from 16 years. Wonderful pool area with a large sunbathing area in the garden, numerous loungers, parasols and a great view. Very friendly staff and good service. But it bothered us that you have to pay extra for the use of the spa area even without treatment. This should be possible at the hotel price without additional costs, especially since the spa area was mostly deserted and you could not use the jacuzzi for a short time without paying an additional fee.
The location right on the long beach promenade is positive. It is well suited for strolling.
Unfortunately, the WiFi network fails very often or is very slow.

Incredibly quiet. No animation terror, no shouting, nothing. I almost had to get used to it. Noble atmosphere like in times of the Titanic. Two direct connections to the promenade. Breakfast top.

Great hotel in a great location! We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was very accommodating! The beach is beautiful. The pool is so relaxing! Well definitely be back!

A really nice hotel with a great pool area. The rooms are also very pretty, unfortunately, there are (also in the suites) only a non-adjustable air conditioning! The thing runs around the clock and is still loud. The staff is very friendly and do their best ...

Beautiful throughout. The attention to detail makes this place a real treat, and from the moment you arrive you are treated like a VIP. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and attentive. This is our second visit but I'm sure it won't be our last!!

You can not find any fault with this hotel everything is perfect I spent a week in it and I could not say something bad, the super friendly and careful service the unbeatable scenery the impressive breakfast, the perfect rooms gave us the balcony area as detail and we had a dream site without a doubt I recommend it for any stay, better than impossible here, it has surprised us a lot, I do not think there is anything better

Best location at the nice end of Adeje and close to the lovely little village of Caleta. Right on the beach and the views are superb. Rooms very spacious, worth getting one with a seaview. Hotel is so relaxing and quiet, always sunbeds by the pool and staff are helpful. Breakfast all very nice. Plenty of restaurants nearby, try Caleta for good fish and local food. Gym could be better, but that is all :)

Magnificent hotel.
Hotel restaurants were disappointing, the surrounding restaurants score much better.
Breakfast was good.

I stayed at this wonderful property for the second time, from 10 February to 20 February.
Already last year I found myself wonderfully well! So, thanks to the deputy director Tiziana Gomez, who followed me from arrival to departure, both last year and this year, I couldn't hope for more.
She assisted me even before I left, so that everything was perfect when I arrived.
I must say that both my partner and I, who are the owners of a hotel in Italy, that is on the island of Ischia, did not find any imperfections for everything that the hotel offered.
Above all, we found great professionalism in Maitre Davide, who tried every evening to satisfy our culinary needs.
In particular, we found in the Deputy Director Tiziana a great professionalism, good taste, kindness, unlimited availability.
Great qualities that give enormous prestige to a large hotel like El Mirador.
I think it would take many people like Tiziana, so that she can really make this wonderful structure even more.

A highly recommended hotel. The unbeatable staff attention.

I have been working at this hotel for more than two years, simply spectacular. The work team is superior, the client and their welfare is the main objective.

It is a good hotel and is well located next to the beach. The pool is pretty good but they close it at six in the afternoon which is when it is best.
The staff are friendly and attentive but in our opinion they are so over the top that they become annoying, even at breakfast which is buffet, you cannot have a conversation of more than two sentences without a waiter interrupting to ask if everything is alright and the next minute another comes.
As for cleaning, they should centralize everything in one go since they come in batches, once for the minibar, another to change the pool towels, another to clean the room ... until the last time around seven. in the afternoon to move the cushions on the bed ... I think it's totally unnecessary, they should enter the room only once and do everything.

Except for this, we liked the hotel. The price is not acceptable to repeat.
