Dani is my therapist and has helped me so much, especially with improving my communication skills with my wife. Dani is caring and her counseling style makes me feel comfortable opening up to her about my problems. I highly recommend her as a therapist.

Most recent review a year ago? Well...this place was recommended to us. In mid Dec 20, we went online and filled out all of their docs, submitted copies as requested...and that was the beginning of radio silence. Called, left voice message = no response. Called and left a vm a second time = no response. No one answers the phone. No one responds to emails. If you are having any sort of crisis, recommend you go elsewhere. They don t seem to be too interested in, or in much of a hurry to accept...let alone acknowledge...new patients. Sure, during the holidays, things get busy. We re now nearly a month later with not even as much of an acknowledgement. Highly disappointing let alone unprofessional.

Wellness Solutions has the most experienced and professional team there is. Having worked in mental health myself it is difficult to find professionals who don't just talk the talk, they actually deliver on treatment. I saw a negative review on here and had to chuckle a bit....seems pretty obvious that the business is not the issue. At any rate, if you need full confidentiality, transparency, and the best help around, this is where you go. Even if you have to wait to get in...there is a reason why. The people that work here are HIGHLY sought after, and they take care of their patients. Thank you Wellness Solutions Team! You helped me get back on track. Forever grateful.

Listen, If I could give Wellness Solutions, LLC a thousand stars, I would. The amount of professionalism, client care (it s amazing to have a therapist who ACTUALLY cares), and knowledge and understanding is incredible. Dani continually educates herself in her field, bringing the BEST practices to her clients, always going above and beyond. Having been a patient/client of hers for over 10 years, it s safe to say she s saved my life and changed it for the better. She s genuine, and will also give you tough love when you need it in my opinion, the perfect combination. Also realize that when you submit her intake forms to READ CAREFULLY. The forms are long, but it s to make sure she s giving YOU the best care. In summation, you will NOT find a harder working therapist who strives to help. I can t recommend her and Wellness Solutions enough. Stop looking, you ve found the best of the best.
We absolutely love the services we receive from Wellness Solutions! Our family has tried other counselors but we did not receive the individual care or the compassion and understanding that we do here. The staff are attentive and available via phone, text, and email. We can also reach the 24 hour answering service easily. We really appreciate how they make scheduling an appointment so easy with standing appointments. Dani has been available to our family for questions and emergencies on weekends at late at night. Dani has given us peace of mind and real skills to help us cope with life's challenges.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Called to set up an appointment as a new client. Left 2 voicemails and called 5 more times. Always went straight to voicemail. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Mental health isn t something you wait 5 days to call back for. Have since taken my business elsewhere where they answer the phone!
I was referred to Wellness Solutions from a friend who is also a client. I was very anxious about going to a counselor and became discouraged because I called had difficulty contacting someone who was accepting new patients. They replied to my email and my call the same day and I was able to get an appointment the same week. I was able to get the forms set up in under 30 minutes. They were very kind and understanding about my schedule being really difficult because I work, go to school, and have family responsibilities. I feel listened to and understood. I have been really satisfied with my therapist who gives me advice and tools to use in every session. I feel like I have made a lot of progress in a short period of time. If you are looking for a counselor then this is the place for you.
I highly recommend WS! They are kind, caring, and genuinely do all they can to support me. They are ethical and make an effort to provide time, resources, and referrals that help me develop the tools I need to set healthy boundaries and establish positive healthy relationships. Instead of smiling, nodding, and asking How does that make you feel, I have a support system collaborating to give me realistic skills. I bring a notebook to my sessions because I have been learning so many new skills. I always feel that I can express myself without judgement and that I can bring in a topic I need help with and I will leave with a plan of action. I always receive clear and direct feedback. Sometimes I get called out when I need to be and other times I receive support and understanding and a reminder of how I need to stop being so hard on myself. I was hesitant to tell people I went to a counselor at first and now I tell everyone because I hope others will experience the changes I have.
I love Wellness Solutions! I can't say enough positive things about WS. The scheduler Beth is kind, understanding, and took her time to answer all of my questions. They offered me a sliding scale payment plan because I am a student and I do not have insurance. They have a 24 hour answering service so you can always reach a live person. I love how they will communicate using text messaging. They really care about you as a person. I tried out three counselors before deciding on WS and I am so happy that I just kept trying until I found exactly what I was looking for. They really make every effort to ensure you feel comfortable and that you're respected. Highly recommended.
