In my opinion the culture of this company is great. The people from upper management down to the processing staff are amazing people. They try to accommodate at every facet. There have been times when I had questions and unsure who to ask or where to find the answers, but with the help and guidance of everyone at our corporate office it was answered quickly and easily. If you have a question, someone is there to answer. If you are lost, there are they are there to help guide you. Overall this is an excellent company and that have gone above and beyond to make my job much easier.
I have nothing to say but EXCELLENT! I have been with I3LENDING for 4 months. I come from the travel industry prior to my 6 years in Mortgages and it's all about service. If I don't know something, they call me immediately and help. This is hard to come by. Especially, in the age of automated systems. Managers call me if something is off and they even call me when there are no questions to ask. This is a loyal ethical company who cares. Again, EXCELLENT! If you are not happy with your company or are a client that needs to make sure your getting the best deal, call them ASAP and ask for me!!!
