Had a complete furnace replacement done. John, Chris and Mike were very professional. The install was flawless. The picture speaks for it's self. Thanks Jason for Measuring the baseboards and estimating the proper furnace to install. Looks great and runs great. I'm very happy and will recommend IT Landes to my friends and family.

Heater was not able to get our house temperature above 64-66 degrees. Another company told us the heater could not be fixed and quoted us 11k for a new unit. Thankfully we called IT Landes for a second opinion. Within 5 mins of the tech being here we found out our air filter was too thick and not allowing enough air flow. Put in a thinner air filter and our heat is working amazingly. Our problem was solved with a $5 filter! Honest, professional, prompt, knowledgeable & friendly service. Any future issues and we will definitely be calling IT Landes.
Scott was very helpful and great to work with. Had emergency leak and they were there within the hour. Other plumbers weren't interested in the job or never returned calls. Called and did not get answering machine saying leave a message and will call back later. Very professional.
I tried to change the cartridge in my shower on a Saturday evening... and failed epically. Mike came out for an emergency Saturday evening call and installed a new cartridge for us. Mike was fantastic to work with! We are beyond grateful.
Duane and Glen arrived promptly. I told them it was a rush and they found time to fit me in to there busy schedule. They called to let me know they were on their way. They were both extremely professional. They identified the problem in under a minute. You could tell they were experience and new what they were doing. They offered me my service options and clearly stated the price and the payment option. There was no confusion or adding to the bill later. They had the problem fixed in under half an hour. Throughout the experience they were very careful of my property and took the time to clean up any sign that they had been there. There wasn't anything that I can find to complain about. If you want quality, I think IT Landis is a very good choice.
MIKE IS AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT GUY, WHO DEMONSTRATES CONCERN FOR THE INDIVIDUAL AND THE DESIRE TO GET THINGS RIGHT. HE IS MOST PLEASANT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME, AND MY WIFE AND I HAVE MUCH CONFIDENCE IN HIS ABILITY TO RESOLVE WHATEVER PROBLEM EXISTS.
