Amazing software, amazing staff. Command Centre and Ibookings have been the best decision I have made whilst in lockdown. Every time I have called support (which has been a lot since March 2020) everyone I have spoken with has been calm and patient and assisted me each and every time. The Ruby 'chatbot' on the website has been great in assisting me logging a call when I haven't been able to call in. 5* would definitely recommend.

It s scam. Do not sign any contracts with this company, charging us even we do not use any service. Just taking your money and doing nothing.

Have been using isalon for years in various salons. Having opened my own Shop I wanted to continue with isalon, straight forward to use and give me the reports I need to manage my business, the team have always been helpful for us

My experience with iSalon has been good. The initial training with Chris was fantastic and he helped me to understand how iSalon works. James is always great and always there for support as are the other members of the team. The only thing that was missing was remote access, however this is now something they offer which is brilliant for me and my self employed team. loads of great features to iSalon, would highly recommend

We have been using iSalon at SESH Hairdressing for years now. We recently introduced iBookings and it has changed our diary completely. Clients have the freedom to book with us from anywhere at anytime. The support team are always really helpful when we need them. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

We use iSalon software across both of our salon sites and couldn't imagine running our business without it! James Sharpe our account manager is always on hand to offer help & advice and the office staff respond to any issues we have promptly and efficiently. We highly recommend iSalon; there may be cheaper alternatives on the market but in this case you do truly 'get what you pay for'!

I have used i-salon for just over two years. I find the system easy to navigate and the if every I do have a problem the support team always help me out, with special mention to Chris who is proving invaluable during this very difficult lock down period. The set up was smooth as James was always on hand and very helpful.
