It was great experience to work with IKF and it is place to learn lots of thing and upgrade your future. HR is very cool and supportive.

I did not like the company at all. The way the HR treats you is unacceptable. She tries to manipulate in such a way so that one could be demotivated and start to feel incompetent for the role and hence will accept whatever salary she puts in front of you.
Not professional at all.

It's a decent firm and a good place to work, yes they have a good team to support and pretty creative but the Reviews on business perspective should come from clients rather than employees reviewing it by mentioning something like their website was created in a brilliant way etc. definitely would recommend to a person who wants his work to be done in a neat way but minor tweeks would do more good to the firm.

I was there for an interview but not selected ... No issues bcos companys interview system is veru bad
They not give any taste for interview. Hr will tell you you can go home and email your work then we will let you know.....

Hr(Neha) is not cooperative and her behaviour as per hr is too much rude, she dont know how to tackle with peoples , and such a stupid questions she is asking , she don't have a knowledge to talk with interviewer , otherwise company is too good

Best Digital Marketing Company in Pune. Very good in SEO & Social Media Marketing.

Please do not deal with this company. We were looking for web design and SEO services so we contacted with this company from google search. They had given us one big questionnaire form and then we filled that form. But there executive can t understand basic things also. Mr Rajan Dhuni, So Much attitude showing person while conversation with client. he doesn t have basic manner and common sense to talk with client also. I think they have freshers with their executive level who doesn t have basic common sense. They doesn t understand any basic needs of the client after reading whole filled questionnaire and after conversation with client. Repeatedly asking silly questions and showing attitude after that. So please don t go with this company because they don t want clients and their employees doesn t have basic knowledge in web design and SEO.

HR lady needs to learn some proper HR practices first. She has the telephone etiquette of a giraffe. When calling a candidate state your company and about yourself. Stop interrogating prospective candidates as you are supposed to connect.

P.S Love how all these so-called marketing companies review themselves to all 5 stars begging their employees to do so.
