Bought 2021 Hyundai it was in an accident in June, while Hyundai continues to build and sell NEW cars they can't or won't produce/ship parts needed for existing vehicles. I am paying a car payment, property taxes, insurance and rental car fees for a car I can't drive or fix. Hyundai North America is a joke, I also have a case number for my complaint but it means nothing, not a soul will get back to me, the body shop is told every month the parts will come in at the end of the month and of course 4 months in and nothing.
I would give them no stars however in order to post this you have to pick at least one star..

I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson. I bought it used but I also purchased an extended warranty. I ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle. Every two or three months my vehicle is in the shop getting repaired for something that went wrong with it. I have had nothing but a bad experience with my first Hyundai. I will never buy another Hyundai ever again or any other vehicle that is affiliated with Hyundai.

NO Stars for Hyundai of El Paso. They used to have excellent customer service but now it takes at least a month to get an appointment for service. What if it's an emergency? Very disappointing...

I purchased a vehicle from our local Hundai dealer...

I purchased a vehicle from our local Hundai dealership. Shortly after purchasing it the turn signals would stop working, the internal lights would all come on at once and the odometer at one point stopped working. The dealership itself was not the issue as they made many attempts to fix it. The issue would only reoccur shortly after being repaired. I reached out to Hundai Corporate to which I was informed I would be reimbursed for the time I went without my vehicle,since I was actively making payments for a car I was not driving.
I am still waiting for the regional manager to return my call as promised. Well it's been months and I haven't received the follow up they promised. This is an investment I made and am really disappointed in a car company that does not stand by its consumer . The one star is being generous.

I own a 2015 Hyundai Turbo Sport. Here are the facts.

A total of 4 blown engines. First 3 were Hyundai Fairfax service center admitted fault. Cool. they paid for those.

But now engine 4 has blown. And it s my fault? This happened in late May 2021 and since June 8 2021 I m still waiting for a response from Hyundai customer service. They said Joe would deal with my issue. I have never spoken to Joe. Who is Joe? I ve tried to call him many times. He s called 3 times but after an immediate call back he never returns the call promptly. He s like on a call tree. Very odd.

I guess I should have listened to the Fairfax Service Consultant when I picked my car after the 3rd engine was installed. And I quote: I suggest you sell this car within 45000 more miles. It will happen again.
You can t make this up!!!

I love the Hyundai that I have owned but you have got to put in a better system with the steering column and the ignition. I have had 2 cars stolen because of this. I work to hard to have to constantly spend money because of this. I have a car in the shop now because it was stolen. Although I love your vehicles I will never by another one until you fix this problem. These cars are to easy to still even with a club.

Have not received title after I paid off the lease on May 17, 2021. A mistake was made by me and it was corrected on May 25, by a fax with the correct Customer Service. Hyundai worst automobile company that I have dealt with in my lifetime. They even sent me on June 1 an electronic odometer statement that I completed and sent back to them on same day June 1. Still they told me that they haven't received it even as I am looking at their receipt also dated June 1 that everything has been received and I was done signing. One star only because I could not post without any star at all.

I have purchased a 2020 Hyndai Venue and I've had nothing but problems with this car this is a brand new car the transmission has went out no it. know one has assisted me with this car. the car has been sitting on a dealer lot now for 2 months I have talked to someone in customer service and still has not gotten any help this is car this is worst car company I have ever dealt with before in my life. there Therecustomer care services have learned the art of avoiding complaints and assisting customers that number they give you is a joke. they don't do anything for you please believe that.
