Was recommended by a coworker of mine to buy the charger. Hypergear only sent me an email confirming my order, and they didn t email me that the item was shipped 2 days after my purchase (which I found out after I went to my account on the site) and didn t have the tracking number until I emailed them about it. It took customer service a whole week to reply to my email which included the tracking number and status. This will be my last time buying anything from there because their customer support s sh*t
A couple of things about how a company should Honor its "Lifetime Warranty" on its products. You definitely do not make the consumer pay for shipping back the Naztech phone cupholder mount for "analysis". The simple fact that it has disintegrated after ONE summer of use and some pictures to prove it should be enough. Or, MAN up and pay for shipping if you want it back. That's what GOOD customer service is and a 5 STAR review.
