Pleasantly surprised hotel well located cleanliness impeccable I really liked the pool sauna staff super nice we will come back

My favourite hotel. It has large rooms clean and luxury. Large breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for tourist and business. You can go almost everywhere by walking.

Location is good, rooms are good but are non smoking only and the room service is the most pathetic you can ever experience in any hotel in the world.. yes its that bad !! Overall my stay could have been pleasant if they knew atleast a bit about room service

One block from the Antwerp train station and 3 minutes walk from the tourist shopping street! Very comfortable!

Very attentive staff, nice rooms and two nice restaurants and an intimate bar. The swimming pool and sauna facilities are wonderful, this hotel is for when you expect a complete and comfortable hotel experience. Recommended!

Hotel in very good taste, quiet and peaceful despite the fact that it is located in a noisy area. Close to the train station and public transport Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. The pool is very nice. You want to come back to such a hotel

Wow. No cotton sheets, only synthetic fibres for sheets and pillows. mosquitoes in the room (in May)! Wanted to have a last drink in the bar (on a Friday!), but the guy behind the bar said, that he already closed everything - so no service. Coffee in the breakfast area is bad. Why does this hotel is in the 4 star category? Never again, what a waste of money.

Twee week geleden in dit hotel gelogeerd met ons gezin en vrienden..3 kamers geboekt.
Bij uitcheck zou de reservering op de creditcard zsm worden vrijgegeven ..Nu 2 week later ben ik nog aan het bellen om dit geregeld te krijgen. Ik wordt van kastje naar de muur gestuurd.

OK hotel in the city center. Easily accessible on foot from the station.

Good hotel. Very big room(s)! At least we had a grand room, can't speak for the other rooms in the hotel. Very very friendly staff. Situated central to Antwerp. Take a train there, caus its right near the station. And you don't need a car here. Just rent a city bike!

It s like walking into a brand new hotel from 1970. Clean, spacious rooms, unique decor, an interesting and comfortable place to stay right in the city centre.

Nice hotel, beautiful room for a nice price, in the center

Courtesy, good breakfast, offers many extra services. Located a short walk from the train station and the zoo. Tactical place for those who love to move without a car. For those who love the car it also has parking.

Hotel is good, my room was small, but everything was intact. Bathroom was new and spacey. The breakfast is not up to 4* standards though. Small selection, not really tasty. That was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless I give 4 stars also because of the very good location.

A little cool treatment at check in, have also been searching for more than half an hour how to get the light on. You have to do with your badge but it is not that simple. Drinks from the minibar are very expensive (4 euros for a small bottle of Jupiler).

Quality hotel - also visit their restaurant on the top floor (Gran Duca) Italian cuisine very reliable - make reservations - nice view of central station and Keyzerlei

Clean room, good wifi nice pool, helpful staff. It is only a sail to come to the pool.

Nice hotel in the center of the tourist city .. Close to the main train station, it has a distinctive character in terms of location, where you will find various markets, restaurants and refreshment stores nearby .. It has a 4-star rating. The rooms are beautiful, clean and air-conditioned with Wi-Fi. There is a nice bar and bathroom. Swimming in the hotel doesn't feel like a busy street

Nice hotel . Some more basic rooms. I wanted to book longer when I was there. So decided to do it online. Unfortunately, I was mistaken the following week. Too bad they couldn't reset it and I had to book extra.

Room and facilities were very good. The breakfast was convincing. Would definitely stay there again.

Cold pool water. Very unfriendly staff. Breakfast for which you paid 20 pp, everything was stale and sticky. The room was well cleaned. We wanted to take a nice bath in the cold pool. It turned out to be a leak, which meant that the tap had to remain open continuously. Not recommended if you want to get away together

Great place. You step out the door and you are immediately in the center. Nice beds and a nice room. 2 small minus points, the doushe remained cold for a long time and we looked at a bare building.

Very good hotel, but spa doesn't work day time, only early in the morning, when I normally sleeping and after 5 pm when it's time to go for dinner.... coffee machine in the room without coffee, only tea bags.

Really in the middle of the city. Nice room. Noisy elevator (especially if you sleep in the next room like us). Super friendly staff.

Nice hotel in the middle of Antwerp. For people who do not like taking the elevator, a pick-up because you cannot take the stairs from your room to the reception. Strangely enough, the swimming pool is closed between 11 am and 3 pm. The rooms are great, the showers very spacious with good water pressure. For critical questions, the staff reacts grumpy and defensively.

Modern nice hotel in the best location in Antwerp. Not far from the zoo and Chinatown. There is an underground car park, so parking is not a problem! The rooms were fine for one night. The location was a bit noisy, but didn't bother us. Very nice and helpful staff. We can't say about food ...

Staying in Antwerp, clean and comfortable within walking distance from the station. There is Del Rey of famous chocolate in front of the hotel.

+ The rooms are clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet is great, the location great just a little hard to get there
- If you take the stairs because of elevator anxiety, then you need to go up to open a key and doors to the respective floor and you have to ask in the reception and immediately return, you want to go down and forget, for example, his key card Room then you hang so long in the stairwell until one comes because there is no reception and to get to the Loby you need the card! The floors are too too !!

Ready from the station in the center of the city this hotel is no surprise: spacious rooms with very nice bedding.
A warm welcome by a team of pro and parking below the hotel very accessible and essential in this city center where there is never or to park.

Speaks Dutch and English as if has something extraordinary in his mouth. Shame for Hyllit brand.

The location is good. But the windows can not be opened and the air conditioning almost does not work. Two rooms are just a room with a partition wall.

I love this hotel. The location is very convinient, just 2min walking to the train station. The rooms are modern, clean, with a good size and confortable bed. The breakfast has a great variety and good quality of food. Great choice if you want to be in the city center.

Centrally located, reasonably ok hotel to stay. Not too much inhouse facilities... even water is not complimentary as a surprise for me. Room was clean & airconditioing was ok too.
