Great place to work. I have been working for them the past 10 years.
I love this company!!! They made me feel right at home. I think i will be here a long time
Bad bad place to work manager and supervisor feel like they own the company treat bad the people they are racist all the time you talk whit the lady at human resources she never do anything to much body body and family members get the best and new positions
Employment process is very frustrating. One day they tell you , you need 13 classes in order to work. Next day, they add more classes and look at you as if it's your fault. They are very unorganized and it's aggravating. First off , they didn't tell anyone we had to shave our facial hair until the day we went do our drug tests. We got turned away and had to find a place to shave before being able to start the drug testing. Went take our classes and do our testing for two weeks, only to be told "You're done with you classes , come back tomorrow to get your information to start." Then the next day , be told "you have more classes to take." They don't understand that people have families to feed and bills to pay , while they toss them around this process. We are people who are eager to work and just want to get everything in motion. Now it's just a waste of time. We will be looking for something else, while going through this process - Find something to keep money coming in. I would give 0 stars if I could .
We've been doing business with Hydrochem at the GM Plant in Arlington, TX for quite some time. They are great to do business with. The supervisor we work with, John - is good to work with, responsive, professional & fair.
This company deserves a zero dot negative zero as far as rating goes. The company would not have many employee turnarounds if they treated their employees right, communicate and take ongoing complaints seriously. It doesn't make sense for the men to continue to make sexual gestures, slugs and much more to the ladies that work there. When things hit the fan and HR is called its swept under the rug. The dispatchers and operation employees are not knowledgeable about job details, the correspondence is very poor, and no one never knows anything and upon hiring they sell you want you to want to here and not give details on what to expect within this company WHY because of the cockroach knowledge they have as well. The work is only dished out to the favorites, which I get that. That is fine and dandy my advice is to have a backup income dealing with them and know how to save. I would NOT recommend anyone to work for this company. I could go on with more. I have to take about the rest in my segment about the worst jobs ever on my show. Hydro chem you all have made it to the do not work list. High 5
I have been calling this company CORPORATE OFFICE for the past 3 months. i have only talked to someone twice. I literally had to get other family members to call with me. I want them to send me a small piece of paper and they are having a ball ignoring me. i needed this information by a deadline but messing with this company im going to miss it. I cant believe this office is ran so poorly. Im not asking for anything difficult . on lady was like oh its not a problem but let me call you back. ...nothing and when i called back a few hours later i get nothing but her voice. Becky Grey is one of the names i remember because i remember constantly hearing her voicemail. She said she would call but nothing but her voicemail.
I shall continue to call beacuse they are withholding information that information. I will figure out how to get to boss of the entire company if not able to get through to them.
