Hyatt regency Dushanbe Reviews

Excellent hotel for my business trip to Dushanbe. Great rooms amd excellent customer service. I had a great massage in their spa. If I come back, which I hope to do, I will stay here again. Their restaurant called The Lounge has a great outside patio with excellent views.

You should not expect from the local hotel the same service as in other countries. Problems with settlement, resolving issues of stay, interior and equipment require updating, etc., etc. The cost does not match the service, definitely.

Beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained with some of the best service I've had from a hotel.

One of the nicest hotels in Dushanbe with good views of the flag pole. Good health club. The lounge was not serving happy hour when I was there but the bar offered free food and drinks to Club guests in lieu.

Very nice and personable general manager from Germany.
As a result, very clean rooms, controlled staff and a good restaurant.
He is everywhere and nothing escapes him as part of personnel supervision.

Liked dinner in Hyatt, everything was good. Comfortable place to have a rest. A swimming pool is good for children but not for adults, it's not so deep as I wanted (1.7 metres maximum).

One of the worst hotels I've been to. With the rudest and disrespectful staff. Also there was no running water and plumbing and facilities is extremely bad. Stay away from this hotel

The decor is calm, clean. The cuisine is delicious. Expensive :).

The hotel is in the city center. There are many places to visit in Dushanbe. The lobby and consierge services are more than helpful with help. Breakfast level too low. The odalsr was clean and convenient. Internet is very bad due to country infrastructure.

Five star facilities and services. I was particularly awed by the well equipped spa and it's skilled staff after a lengthy journey.

Good hotel, clean rooms, quality service. It is a little bit of distance from downtime, you need a taxi to go anywhere. Breakfast is good but not with lot of selections. Staff are very cooperative.

Although you warn the reception, do not disturb the button in the room despite being marked unconsciously you are called every day unconsciously and inexperienced. Internet speed is 2-3 out of 10 levels.You can not handle your business without any problems.You do not have the chance to glass in the room.Disarsi -2 although it took 12 hours to bring room temperature around 28 degrees 22 degrees. When you ask why I'm being uncomfortable, the answer is "due to security reason". It's very hard to tell your grief at the reception, it's hard for you to understand.
If you're gonna stay here, you're gonna have to be disturbed.

The most affordable Hyatt in post USSR countries. Price-low /quality-high ratio is very rare but here you can catch it.

Truly 5 start hotel. One week on business trip and nothing to complain. Rooms are very generous and fully equipped (wifi and even faster with cable). Restaurant is pretty good (sometimes some dishes are not available). Breakfast is very good too. Spa is well presented with top professional massages. Gifts shop on the 1st floor with interesting options. 10 min from city center on taxi.

Poor AC, room temp was 27-28C although it was fixed 3 times. Dinner options were limited

The swimming pool was closed. The staff are not well experienced. Ask reception if you want complementary items such both brush and paste.

An amazing hotel it should be 5 stars, the rooms are huge and the beds are conforatble also the food is just perfect.

Hotel Hyatt is one of the five star hotels in Dushanbe. Convenient location, cozy rooms, excellent cuisine. There is a large hall for banquets, wedding ceremonies, conferences and seminars. Also several conference rooms.

New, the environment is good. Only the hotel with lake view in the city

The whole staff is amazing..
They are polite, helpfull, and shows great hospitality.
I had a suprise this afternoon, they presented me a delicious huge slice of cake because of my birthday, made my day..
