Nicely located and in close proximity to a lot of high interests spots in the capital city. However, the rooms here are significantly smaller than what you would expect of hotels in India.

I was personally disappointed by the restaurant service and upkeep. The other downer was that majority of base rooms are really old. And there aren't many options of newer rooms unless you update to the suites, which are really expensive.

As of the star chain hotels, this place is no less. Nice, cosy, ambience. Busy place in prime location of New Delhi. Easy mobility from here. Walk, buses, metro, vehicles, call cabs, self drive - all are available.

One of the better hotels in Delhi. Food is good and service is good too. Rooms are fine. Just the front office / reception needs to be improved. All the person does is make u speak on telephone to some other person and then you have to wait a good 15 to 20 mins for his arrival. Then also solution to your problem is unconfirmed.

Rooms are old, although clean. Hotel is old. The staff at concierge is super unfriendly. Feels like you are getting scammed as they re trying to sell their buddies services just like everywhere else. Couldn t get proper info from either of the 2 concierge desks they have. Security is very tight which makes you feel safe but it s a little overwhelming.

Staying at an iconic property like the Hyatt Regency one expects a certain level and quality of service. During my stay i experienced exactly the opposite, waited for 40 minutes to get a couple of bottles of water from the house keeping, more than half an hour for 2 cups of tea and worst is my colleagues came to visit and were told to pay Rs 200 for valet parking. Parking fee was later waived off but then my guest had to run around from one person to other to get the valet slip stamped as complimentary.

This is not a 5 stars hotel. Cracking floors and more.......First and foremost the Staff is phenomenal. They are very respectful and have a willingness to go above and beyond!. The Hyatt has failed,in my opinion, in trying to blend western and south asian culture into one. The fusion never happened! ..... I love the Hyatt and usually stay there in the West for work or leisure, but out here in south Asia I must say that I will not stay here longer unless works demands me to stay here. I truly hope Hyatt reads between the lines and does something about it because it is a well recognized brand that even I truly appreciate.

For those of you who are worried about Safety, not to worry! This hotel is very Safe!

Now to clarify! My 3 stars rating may sound a little harsh. But keep I mind it is still a clean and safe hotel that would most likely beat any other 3 stars hotel. I'm just disappointed on the way hyatt represents itself I India!.

It was lovely morning of 12th October, when I decided to attend an event at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. I never thought I'll have such a great experience. The interior design, the whole look of the hotel is so lovely and close to my heart, I was impressed then and there. The best part of the hotel is its level 1. The glass work on level 1 is just spectacular. I hope I come back soon. Thankyou Hyatt Regency for the lovely Day!!

This hotel is one of the oldest hotels in the capital city. Must see the rooms before you check in. They have two wings the old & the new. New wing has small rooms and feels like pigeon holes. But it s for you to try. Also they have the city s best & the oldest pizzeria called La Piazza. It s inside the hotel. Everything on the menu is delicious & freshly made. Very hospitable, affordable, serve tasty food and ambience is good & friendly.

I loved it. Must try.
