Very poor food in the cafe and polo lounge.

Entry to main entrance is little dodgy affair, beautiful lobby

One of the 5 star luxury hotel in India's capital . Different kind of food and beverages available from North to south indian,continental, italian, chinese, Mexican, etc. Cook is world class, food is very tasty .Free Pool & Gym Acces, Free hi speed Internet.

Since the moment we get into the hotel area, the feel is soo good. the staff is soo cooperative n helpful. The rooms are soo good. Restaurants are the best as well as the Bakery itself.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond and made sure my stay was memorable.

For Conferences, the location is very convenient and offer nice room.

The hotel is spacious with a huge lobby area and large banquet halls. This is not a new hotel, however, it is quite well maintained. The staff is courteous and polite.

Hyatt is a 5-star hotel with all the facilities contained in the conference room and a perfect place for the wedding ceremony, the texture and decoration is very beautiful.

Excellent buffet lunch, though a little expensive. Also good coffee shop. Great for a meeting over coffee or lunch.

Great F&B with China Kitchen and La Piazza ami get the best in class

This is very place and costly as well. But you quality comes with cost.

Location is very good.is to located and close to bikaji kama place. Services and security system are very good but there r parking problem.

Sub par service and attentiveness. They don't care about guests who use their membership points for stay. Rooms were excellent but didn't have the necessary things which are usually there in any 5 star property rooms.

The staff is truly amazing always going above and beyond for their clients. Breakfast buffet is delicious and gym and spa are clean and excellent massage

Hotel is very good service and good quality of the food

If only there was an option of not giving even one star. Most horrible place where you are made to pay Valet charges of Rs. 200 even if you have 5 minutes of work there. The only other option is to park half a kilometer away and then you are required to come back into the hotel from outside. The parking attendants are incredibly rude, 2-3 of them hound you and expect you to pay over and above even Rs. 200. Never seen such a mafia running inside a five star hotel.

Although it is a little old hotel, Masala master who comes out for breakfast breakfast is excellent dish. Even though it is a kind of old hotel in Delhi, I strongly recommend you to have a Masala Dosa for breakfast in the hotel.

I have been to the hotel multiple times and everytime I enter the hotel, I can feel the warmth inside. Just one feedback, please keep a X-ray scanner at the secondary emtry gate.

La Piazza is a time tested Italian cuisine ando a wine glass in south Delhi!

It is a good place to enjoy in free time. Often foreigners come and stay here. It is located at prime location of bhikaji cama place. It is easily accessible by road and bhikaji cama place metro station is also near.

Great location, good value of money, maintained the quality. No self-parking inside and 200 enforced valet parking is painful.

I always visit the hotel twice a month for business. Hotel is great with service and location. I enjoy staying there.. the staff is extremely professional with them being to know all about me and how they always know what room i want and what are my preferences. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is very safe and accessible with local transit. Managers Mr. Ujjawal Tyagi, Mr. Arun Kamboj, Mr. Amol Kaushik and all the supportive staff are always so welcoming and presentable 24/7 for any personal or professional support. Breakfast buffet is just phenomenal and carries high quality of food with Indian and international touch.

Place needs to improve and overhaul.
The Buffet seating and layout needs to be better so that most of the stations are easily accessible to the customers. Some sections are not well marked specially the NON-VEG snacks section and main course layout is to congested.

Good hotel on the ring road with a focus on F&B. Excellent Italian (le piazza), Chinese (China kitchen)

There's a bew banqueting facility (2015) that is top notch too
