Lovely hotel, courteous service and excellent food.

Hyatt Regency Delhi holds it's legacy of Five Star Hotels.
It has one of the best service.

The start only was bad..... Systems not working, had to wait 30 minutes for check in....

Great food.
Valet Parking is chargeable at INR 200.
Good conference rooms to conduct business meetings.

Very disappointed with the entire experience.. checkin was sloppy and border line rude.. check out was even more disappointing.. my credit card charged have not been reversed yet.. as a frequent traveler this is the worst of the services I have recieved..

The staff at the cafe is curt to say the least.. served coffee is soiled mugs.. and on bringing it their notice.. it was corrected with a lot of reluctance nothing that warrants a 5 star service quality.. utterly disappointing..

Was their delivering a workshop the only decent people were the once around the workshop venue..

Needs a massive service improvement.. else definitely not worth staying at..

The club level lounge is worth it. Daily happy hour with interesting hors d'oeuvres from the hotel's several restaurants. Pool is also nice and has a proper lane for swimming laps.

Every thing to like, from room, food, ambiance, staff were helpful and beautiful breakfast buffet.

A large Located between airport and city center. Quite Old compared to other Hyatt in India, so room is relatively small, pool is outdoor and not heated

Ome of best the 5 star hotels in the City with nive ambience. They have four different restaurants with different cuisine. Service and food is really good. Staff is nice and helpful. Ambience of the hotel from entrance to restaurants ia really great. As it is at the center of the capital city mostly the place is crowded and full so dont forget for boolings before visiting the hotel.

Good staff but not so good service and rooms. Took me more than 4 hours to fix room heater and suddenly hit water will stop working.
Not very friendly for infants.

Central location especially if you are visiting government offices

Location is verry good as it is on the ring road.verry luxurious rooms and verry good seevice.

Please see the pictures while booking rooms in hyatt, almost half wall is covered with mirror which make you feel that room is bigger in size but in reality it is not

Sorry Folks, you have run down the property, better to pay little more and opt for oberois / taj / Sheraton.

Place is not worth it.

We stayed in HYATT BHIKAJI PALACE we got two non smoking adjacent rooms, one room had strong smell of smoke, so they upgraded one room to Regency floor, both 3rd floor and 6th floor rooms were same size and room are very small for the price. tinted glass wall between bath and bed is not a good idea. it throughs light on the bed disturbs the person sleeping also also the glass wall does not give you full privacy and smoke detector is just above the head with flashing light which is a nuisances during the night . rooms don't have any chest drawer to keep your clothing.
Though room has thermostat but hotel management controls it . i woke up many night in sweat room was so hot, called them and in 2 min cold air started coming it happened 10 nights out of 12 nights we stayed there.
they have wide variety of continental and indian breakfast is south indian like idli wada dosa which is pretty good.but eating same food every day gets kind of boring. so i will not stay ever again here for sure.

A well deserved 5 star at superb location!! If planning fr a typical Indian fat wedding ceremony with lots f meeting halls, ball rooms, stay/travel requirements, diff. Dining areas fr guests, pool side themed decorations..etc..all at one place n good location in Delhi ....its the place

Lovely hotel with great restaurants. They charge for Valet parking so be careful before casually handing your keys to the doorman or valet.
