Hyatt Regency Delhi Review

No doubt one of the best hotels in Delhi . Centrally located in south delhi . Huge space .

Valet parking is very costly . They charge a hefty 200 rs , but then it s fine . If you are going to these hotels you must adapt their rules and regulations .

Good hotel , brilliant ambience !

The place is neat and cozy, very resting room. Good restaurants as well.

FAKE SPA, FAKE 5 STAR.
1. Spa rooms are tiny.
2. No one asks what sort if a massage, pressure type you want.
3. Low cost, ambiance.
4. Untrained staff/therapists.
5. Prices same as other 5 star spas in Delhi. We go often, we know what a real spa is.
6. Poor oil., cheap. No oil selection provided or asked.
7. Shower had an empty used bottle. I.e cleaning staff also not doing much.
Not cool, not fun. A luxury spa experience on a weekend must be relaxing. This was a nightmare!!

Clean guest room Facilities The best hotel with lounge restaurant.

Great location, good food. Conference halls are not quite the kind to host large conference. Pre-fuction area too is little small.

Not truly a 5 star service. But yea ambience inside is good. Mosquitoes in cafeteria of lower ground floor.

It is easily one of the best 5 star hotels in Delhi. I found the food of this place the best attraction for me and a lot of my friends to visit this place frequently. I would like to point out that it can be pricey for obvious reasons.

Five star hotel close to airport, with a reasonable price. Staff is very warm. Rooms are good and have good ambiance. Bed is very comfortable.

Hyatt is a name to cherish, however this visit was disappointing. Their service is getting sloppy. There was no one to get the luggage, then they forgot one dish in my room service. The staff is polite and friendly, they need to streamline the services.
Overall, a satisfactory stay

Hotel is very clean in general with clean rooms and tasteful decorated. Restaurant staff is very welcoming as well room service staff. Food quality is also good. I am giving it a bad rating because twice, the Front Desk at check out, even More

Also, would like to rate your security staff worst,coz they behave like robots without empathy and logic.

It's a nice location. But service is not up to par. Long delays in anyone answering phones such as front desk, room service, and concierge. You see lot of staff around but they are not organized and efficient. This Hyatt is not so so. I expect better.

The Mansion hall is excellent for a musical show cum dinner. The hall acoustics did justice to Usha Uthup's tremendous voice

Security staff is very rude with guest they abuse in their language and they think people are not understanding their Language they are not handling the cab movement and get angry on the guest ....never recommended to anyone

There was no parking place available only chargeable valley parking was there.
Gents Washroom @bar area was very stinky

We went to TK's for dinner. While the service was top notch the food was pretty average. No glaring negatives but the flavours didn't really pop for us. Hence the average rating for what was a perfectly average meal.

I had my lunch at La Piazza and the food there was excellent. Thier signature veg pizza- Pizza La Piazza is one of the best Pizza that one can get in Delhi.
I also had a very relaxing session at their in house spa and fitness centre- Club Olympus.
